I broke my iPhone 6+ to the point I wasn't sure it was even repairable. The phone fell and the metal frame was bent and the screen was shattered. After function testing the phone and determining that it still worked, Gadget Fix ordered a new frame and ultimately replaced the screen and frame. The phone was returned to me a few days later and looked new and functioned perfectly. I was even offered a loaner telephone since this repair would take longer than just a broken screen. Overall, my experience with Gadget Fix was very good and their work was excellent. Also, they were open until 8PM, which was amazing in and of itself. I highly recommend using them! read more

Happy with the service. Edwin was able to fix both cracked screens on my iphone in a few hours!

Strongly recommended GadgetFix. I had great experience here. I replaced my iPhone 8 screen here in June. The service was quick and great. After replacement, there were some manageable problems with the touch screen that I didn't return immediately. A few weeks later, there were additional problems, and they replaced the screen and now it works great. Great service and reliable warranty! read more

GadgetFix was fast and efficient in fixing my iPhone 6. Over the past year, my iPhone's battery life quickly declined, often dropping from 100% charge to 0% in a matter of mere minutes. I used a battery charging case to hold me over but eventually even that temporary solution failed when the charging case stopped working after about 11 months of regular use. I took my iPhone to the Apple Store and was told that I missed my Apple Care protection coverage to replace the battery by two days and would be charged $80 to replace the defunct battery. Enter GadgetFix who charged only $60.40 and completed the repair in less than 5 minutes. My new battery is working well and held a single charge for a full day for the first time in over a year. I'm very happy with the service and the competitive price that I received. I highly recommend supporting this local business for your phone repair needs. Fast, efficient, affordable and convenient. What more can you ask for? It's located on the corner of Mission and De La Vina Street across from the former McConnell's Ice Cream Shop. They are open late by Santa Barbara standards (until 8pm) which works perfectly for the working professional who can't get away from the office until after normal business hours. Park on the street or there is a small lot behind the laundry mat. Thank you GagdetFix! read more

Fast and efficient!!! Brought in an iphone 6 with a cracked screen and broken LCD. The nice guy at the front said they had all the necessary parts on hand and would be done in 30 minutes--they were done in 20. I grabbed some McConnels ice cream across the street and they were already done when I came back. The quote they gave on the phone was the exact cost they gave in the store, no tricks or extra fees. The place was very clean and professional looking and they have a parking lot in the back, so parking was a breeze. I highly recommend this place!!! read more

Great service, it only costed me to replace the iPhone screen, glass screen and battery for $103.45 it's like brand new. My sister's kids broke their iPad screen after multiple drops and stomps. There were cracks around the edges of the screens. It went deep enough that it created holes into the white parts of the border. My sister and her husband thought it was unfixable, but decided it wouldn't hurt to ask. Heard about Gadget Fix and was hopeful that they could repair it. Truth be told, they had the parts in stock and fixed the iPad in two hours! Uhhh that's pretty awesome! Affordable pricing, great owners! Definitely check them out!! Thanks Dan/Edwin!!! read more
