Time and time again Edwin quickly fixes my iPhones for my family. I must have replaced at least 6 cracked screens since he has been in business. Last visit, with an iPhone6 and black screen of death, he determined it was the backlight & not the screen, so time to get a new iPhone. He was able to back up all data on the phone and transfer to a new Xs. read more

GadgetFix repaired the glass on my shattered 5c in less than 20 minutes at a 3rd of the cost another store wanted. GadgetFix was fast, efficient, effective and the tech remarkably courteous. The parking lot is conveniently located; the online contact process informative and the hours are convenient for working people. Thanks, GadgetFix. I'm clumsy. I'll be back. read more

Great service and fast! My phone looks like new. I highly recommend these guys.

Out of all the phone repair places in town, this is my go to place. The guys here are really sweet and genuine. They don't try to cheat you. I've gotten 3 screen protectors for my iPhone 6plus here and for a fair price. Just remember; YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THESE GUYS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. If the guy on Milpas charges $25, it's for a reason. These guys are really awesome! Keep up the good work. read more

Great experience, Edwin is awesome. Took in my iPad 4 with a shattered screen. I was expecting to pay around $125, Edwin took care of it for $98 out the door, tax included. Very good work, looks & functions as new. VERY impressed with the turn-around time. I brought it in around 2:30 on a SAT. The shop closes at 5 but Edwin said he'd do what he can to have it ready that day... And he delivered, he called me before 4PM so I was able to pick it up less than two hours after dropping off. This was my first experience with a phone/tablet repair, and I highly recommend this spot. Quality work, fast customer-oriented turn-around, and if anyone else charges less I'd be highly skeptical. read more

My screen cracked late afternoon and I was scrambling to find a place to get my phone fixed, as I use it for work. I found this place on a whim. I called 15 minutes before closing time, and they still told me to come in. Service was friendly and fast. Was so happy not to have to go to the Apple Store and wait hours to get my phone fixed. I'm recommending this place to everyone!!! read more

The customer service is incredible. I came and got my screen fixed on my iPhone 6 about 3 months ago, the screen recently started acting up so I took it back in. With no hesitation, they replaced the screen within minutes. I couldn't be happier! read more

Quick, fast, easy and great service!! Called them and 1 hour later my iPhone 6 plus screen was fixed. It only took them 25 mins to fix it!

I broke the glass screen on iPhone and was using it that way until it stopped working. I had to get it repaired and didn't have much time to go back and forth with other shops in town. I went in on my lunch break and was out in less than 15 mins. My phone feels new again, thank you Edwin! read more

Excellent! Fast. Like having a new phone. Helpful. Go here for quick service. Super easy to work with. Really nothing more to say. Yelp is annoying for making your posts have to be so long read more

Crushed my hand and my I-phone (6) in a bad fall. Edmund fixed my phone in less than an hour. It looks brand new! Great service, great price. Absolutely will go back if something else needs to be repaired. Highly recommend read more

I bought a charger for my HTC One from this store. They gave me a great price and were very helpful. They have my recommendation!

My wife dropped her iPhone 5 and screen broke. I called and a very friendly person told us to swing by. He said they have time and it'll take just 30 minutes. At the place he also sold us a screen protector ($15) mad out of glass. He said next time phone will drop on the floor that thing will break and not actual screen (much cheaper to replace). We have not tried if it is true or not but the risk of losing $15 is acceptable plus that thing looks better than the plastic foil that one usually puts on the screen. Bottom line, the price was reasonable (I guess it is more or less standard) and we had the phone back in less than 30 minutes. We hope we do not have to come back :-), but if we do, we will... read more

Excellent service! I shattered my iPhone screen on a hike this evening and took it in immediately. The friendly gentleman replaced it perfectly in 15 minutes with no wait and was extremely efficient and thorough. Cheaper than the Apple Store and no appointment needed. Highly recommend. read more

Took my iPhone here for repair and they did an excellent job. The flex cable must have gone bad because my lock and volume button weren't working. They had the part in stock and I got my phone back within 30 mins. Overall, great location, great service and fairly priced. read more

I gotta say, these guys are great! Super friendly and helpful. I dropped my iPhone 6 soon after I got it and was so bummed! They replaced my screen for me and put on the screen protector I purchased. The next day, my screen went black and stopped working. I took it in again and they had it fixed quickly and were very nice about it, no charge. And they put on a new screen protector since I couldn't reuse the one I bought. Four months later my screen started acting up again. It wasn't responding to touch. I went in and they put on another new screen, for free because it was still under warranty. It's great to go to a place with great customer service, and they get the job done efficiently. I'd recommend them to everyone who needs they're phone fixed! read more

Took my iPhone 5s that had a beyond shattered screen and Apple said that's they couldn't fix it because the metal around the phone (the antenna) would most likely break the new screen when installing....but I went to Gadget Fix and Edwin was able to fix it! Really cool helpful staff that has a lot of knowledge would defiantly recommend this place. read more

I dropped my phone and even though I kicked it on the way down it still stopped working. I left my phone with Dan and before I could finish breakfast gift the call that my phone was working! In spite of my best efforts he would not take my money citing insufficient time/effort on his part to warrant a transaction. They came highly referred by another reputable company in town. I got the green light to be more cavalier in my cellular phone dropping. Thanks Dan. read more

My Samsung Galaxy S4 screen was cracked very badly. Calling around I found this place to have the best price by far. The part was in the next day and I was notified. I couldn't bring my phone in until after work which was 45 minutes before they closed. He waited for me and had the phone done in 30 minutes flat. The phone looks so good, brand new! You'd make a mistake if you go anywhere else. read more

Super friendly, professional and efficient service! They helped refurbish an iPad and clear it for a very reasonable price. A maiden ride on their Hover Board was the cherry on top of the experience. Thanks guys!! read more

Fast, courteous, and professional. These guys know what they're doing. I brought in a OnePlus One with a broken touchscreen. It's a 3yr old uncommon phone, and I wasn't sure if they could take care of it. They had it fixed in a few days and the price was reasonable. This is how businesses should be. Thanks for the help! read more

I went in to get my HTC DNA screen replaced. I called around several places and couldn't find a place that would agree to fix my phone because it was a "complicated" phone to fix. Edwin was able to fix it perfectly. Super friendly and helpful. They definitely know their stuff so you can trust them. Highly recommended! read more

My iPhone 5 stopped charging because the connector broke. I took to the Apple store and they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to buy a new phone. I told them I did not care about buying a new phone I just wanted to save the photos and videos on the phone which I could not do because I could not plug the phone in to sync with my computer since the connector was broken. They said sorry nothing we can do. I went to Gadget fix and $30 and 10 minutes later, everything was fixed. Not only did I not have to spent hundreds of dollars but more importantly I did not lose any photos or videos. I immediately went home and got my husband's S4 with a cracked screen and brought it to them for repair which they did quickly and at a very reasonable price. These guys can fix anything and they do it cheap. Stop going to the Idiot Bar at the Apple Store.... read more

Just came in with water damaged PC. Dog spilt water on laptop today and it would not start. Brought it in and they took the while thing apart, found and removed every drop of water under a microscope, cleaned off all corrosion with alcohol, and tested everything. In one hour it was ready, working like new! Not only are they thorough, they are also friendly and fast! All that, with everything saved, and they offered to help back up anything important to help us out. These guys are great! read more

These guys are great. I asked that they take a look at a used PS3 I bought that would not boot up after a recent move. Dan called back after giving a free diagnostic and thought the problem was the power supply. Found a replacement part through his connections but being an avid Ebay'er I looked around and found something cheaper. He was totally open to trying it, bought it on his account, and tried it out. Turns out the mother board is fried so the unit is not worth saving. Dan said, "no charge, just come pick up the old unit". Just great, courteous, knowledgable service. And right on the way home! Will definitely be back with my business. read more

Highly recommended - great customer service, my phone screen is restored (new) and speedy repair!

I couldn't be happier with the service and the how fast they were able to replace my screen! I got fast friendly service and even got to watch Netflix while I waited. Great business.

These guys are Amazing. My phone had a virus. I stopped by their store. Dan determined that the virus was related to video apps on my phone. He could not determine what was going on but he suggested I take all the video apps off of the phone, do a re-boot and see what would happened. I just completed ]] his recommdarions. I just rebooted the phone. No Virus!! Dan did not charge me for his expert advise. $00.00. These guys are AMAZING!! read more
