My wife dropped her iPhone 5 and screen broke. I called and a very friendly person told us to swing by. He said they have time and it'll take just 30 minutes. At the place he also sold us a screen protector ($15) mad out of glass. He said next time phone will drop on the floor that thing will break and not actual screen (much cheaper to replace). We have not tried if it is true or not but the risk of losing $15 is acceptable plus that thing looks better than the plastic foil that one usually puts on the screen. Bottom line, the price was reasonable (I guess it is more or less standard) and we had the phone back in less than 30 minutes. I gotta say, these guys are great! Super friendly and helpful. I dropped my iPhone 6 soon after I got it and was so bummed! They replaced my screen for me and put on the screen protector I purchased. The next day, my screen went black and stopped working. I took it in again and they had it fixed quickly and were very nice about it, no charge. And they put on a new screen protector since I couldn't reuse the one I bought. Four months later my screen started acting up again. It wasn't responding to touch. I went in and they put on another new screen, for free because it was still under warranty. It's great to go to a place with great customer service, and they get the job done efficiently. Took my iPhone 5s that had a beyond shattered screen and Apple said that's they couldn't fix it because the metal around the phone (the antenna) would most likely break the new screen when installing....but I went to Gadget Fix and Edwin was able to fix it! My iPhone 5 stopped charging because the connector broke. I took to the Apple store and they said there was nothing they could do and I would have to buy a new phone. I told them I did not care about buying a new phone I just wanted to save the photos and videos on the phone which I could not do because I could not plug the phone in to sync with my computer since the connector was broken. They said sorry nothing we can do. I went to Gadget fix and $30 and 10 minutes later, everything was fixed. Not only did I not have to spent hundreds of dollars but more importantly I did not lose any photos or videos. I immediately went home and got my husband's S4 with a cracked screen and brought it to them for repair which they did quickly and at a very reasonable price. Just came in with water damaged PC. Dog spilt water on laptop today and it would not start. Brought it in and they took the while thing apart, found and removed every drop of water under a microscope, cleaned off all corrosion with alcohol, and tested everything. In one hour it was ready, working like new! Not only are they thorough, they are also friendly and fast! These guys are great. I asked that they take a look at a used PS3 I bought that would not boot up after a recent move. Dan called back after giving a free diagnostic and thought the problem was the power supply. Found a replacement part through his connections but being an avid Ebay'er I looked around and found something cheaper. He was totally open to trying it, bought it on his account, and tried it out. Turns out the mother board is fried so the unit is not worth saving. Dan said, "no charge, just come pick up the old unit". Just great, courteous, knowledgable service. And right on the way home! I contacted GadgetFix with a Samsung S8 rear camera issue (blurry for distant objects, clear for nearby objects). I emailed for a quote and got quick and clear replies from Edwin! He seems very experienced and confident! I was comfortable with giving him my phone and trusted that it would be fixed. He finished it up in less than 45 minutes (the time he expected to finish). When I came to pick it up, there was unfortunately still a slightly unexpected issue and the camera seemed to be a little blurry. I was surprised how he quickly debugged the issue on the spot and fixed it. The issue seemed to be from a third party part that I installed myself. Edwin made it work and the camera worked again as expected. He also welcomed me to come back if there were any issues after the time of repair.
