I do not understand how the location of the meeting (at a church) can be considered "religious intent." To be fair, I guess the Handyman didn't have any of my contact information? I didn't start the text with my name, but he never ask for any amplifying information just let me know he blocked me because I started with "religious intent" and that he wasn't sure what religion had to do with hiring an electrician. I never stated that religion had to do with the job. My only intent was to get a quote to have some electrical work done. It still seems illogical that the location of the meeting would determine the content of the message.

In regards to this project, as the customer, I felt like RBC went above and beyond, yet I'm sure you see it as de rigueur. I thank you for the clear and concise communication between me and my sister in the coordination and conduct of the work, You made our input feel important; no matter how big or how small. I also commend you on how you readily answered questions, return calls, provided feedback, recommendations and meet with other contractors to coordinate the dependency work supporting the overall work product; and that the project overall was completed in such a timely manner. I want you to know that you (RBC), your subcontractor company (KNAM Construction Co.), et al (I wish I know their names), who came to my home to do work whose names I unfortunately do not know were described by my sister as...
