Southwest salad with ground beef

This place is special. Casual and a bit on the fast food side of things but in a special way. The food isn't the best I've ever had but the people running the place made it special. We went to another spot for Mexican first but this was the place we ended up going to more than once. The chips are sturdy and their hot sauce is VERY hot... be careful. Nothing we had was the best ever but it was all good and it felt like you were an honored guest. I can see why the locals would prefer this place.

Family owned authentic Mexican restaurant that is a must try if you're in the area. While leaving Sedona heading back to Phoenix, I was so happy I stumbled across this gem. Nothing fancy on the inside, but the food and service was amazing. With several items on the menu they have something for everyone; even keto and vegan options. I chose the enchiladas and they did not disappoint. If you're ever close to the area be sure to patronize this place. You can thank me later. No bar, so I sat at a table...

Amazing service and even better food! This place is tucked away but we happen to pass it coming from Phoenix, they offered quick service and lots of seating. This was our first time here but we will definitely be back! Great food for a great price.

I consider myself well traveled, and this is 100% the best Mexican food I have ever eaten! All three of our entrées were bigger than we've ever been served, and all three of us agreed the best from coast to coast! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. The owner herself, Gabriela, came out to check that everything was terrific. She went above and beyond to make our experience there a memorable one! If you're looking for a non-chain, authentic Mexican restaurant with ambiance this is a must visit! Thank you so much, Gabriela and staff we enjoyed everything there! We will be back!

Worth the wait. Good mild salsa, had cali burrito and beans. Beans were a little undercooked but tasty. So glad we stopped.

Joshua Burrito - delicious burrito with carne asada and chile relleno inside! I chose green sauce to ake it enchilada style.

Love this place. Prices are a little on the high side, especially for a burrito; but delicious nonetheless.

The artwork shipped from Sicily, the sparkling silverware, and above all: the food! It all begins with a warm herb bread served with a classic olive oil dip. Then, I usually get the Shrimp Scampi and it has never let me down. The shrimp is perfectly cooked, adding a rich flavor to fresh pasta. The server, Pablo, was also very attentive and had great recommendations, including a lemon cake that my parents, who normally don't like lemon flavored deserts, loved. I highly recommend making the drove to Camp Verde if you want to be transported to Italy for a night!

We called 10 minutes ahead and our table was ready 15 minutes later. Service was awful. Our server left our water glasses empty 3x during the meal and I asked for a soda but never got it. The server seemed preoccupied without obvious congestion in the restaurant. Otherwise flawless presentation and taste. We had a trio of seafoods fried as an appetizer special with shrimp clams and calamari and we shared the shrimp scampi. Perfectly cooked shrimp and pasta as well as the clams and muscles!! The server is my only reason for less than perfect stars. She wasn't on her game that service.

Everything was so delicious that we ended up coming back the next morning to try their breakfast burritos since we'd missed breakfast the day before. The setting alone is unforgettable -- stunning red rock views, plenty of seating, and an atmosphere that somehow feels both elevated and completely relaxed. Whether you choose indoor or outdoor seating, the experience feels thoughtfully curated from start to finish. On chilly Sedona evenings, they even offer blankets outside, which adds such a warm and welcoming touch. The food? Absolutely extraordinary. Fresh is an understatement here -- every ingredient tastes vibrant, intentional, and beautifully sourced. Even the vegetables somehow steal the spotlight. The menu is creative without trying too hard, and everything feels like edible art while still being deeply satisfying. The pizzas are phenomenal, especially the peach pizza, which balances sweet, savory, fresh, and smoky flavors perfectly. The hamburgers are equally impressive -- juicy, flavorful, and clearly made with the same level of care as everything else on the menu. If they have specials running, order one. Trust me. This is the kind of kitchen where the chefs know exactly what they're doing. Hands-down one of my favorite restaurants not only in Arizona, but honestly anywhere. Sedona already feels magical, and this restaurant somehow elevates the experience even more. Absolutely impressed from beginning to end.
