We contacted the company several times to remove concrete block from our property since Septic Installation on Dec 13, 2024. It still has not been removed! We will be forced to contact the city who will hopefully force them to remove the debris and impose fines until they do. Frustrated! read more

The worst. Don't ever use them. The septic system failed twice. Had to hire someone else and it was a year before I had a septic system. They don't guarantee their work. You have to wait for dump trucks. They have no equipment of their own. read more

After waiting five months for another company to help us figure out our septic/permit situation, we gave up, and called Monica Mackey at Gable and Mackey. Her immediate reassurance that she could fix the problem, and get our new tank installed quickly, was a very welcome change from the other company telling us that we'd have to wait three months AFTER the permit came through...after a five months wait! Ms.Mackey and her professional team showed up the week after our permit was approved. They had tank and tractor delivered one day before service. Service took less than five hours, and they had someone from the city here to approve it, before they left. Tractor was removed at that time. As soon as Monica and her brother came out, they immediately jumped to the conclusion my entire septic system needed to be replaced. They didn't remove the cover or inspect it before making assumptions. I got a second opinion and the only thing that was wrong, is the lid was showing signs of age and so we replaced it.
