Chimichurri steak sandwich here at Lito's is always so delicious! The portion sizes are huge and…read morethe flavor is undeniably delicious. The team takes the cuisine seriously and every time I order the food is made fresh. I recently made a delivery order and the sandwhich came hot. Side of hummus with pita is always a great choice.

Well, talk about a hidden gem. I had this place bookmarked but could not tell you where I heard…read moreabout it. It is basically a little luncheon oasis dropped right in the middle of a gigantic industrial park. On the drive over I was seriously questioning my Yelp choices. It is that kind of location. But trust Yelp and sometimes you are handily rewarded, which we absolutely were. We came after a few hours strolling around at the Botanical Gardens, so we rolled in around 1:30 and there were still plenty of people there. I can only imagine at noon this place is packed, and honestly it should be. My biggest complaint is the menus. There is one above the counter that does not include everything, and then a different, more complete version if you scan the QR code at the table (But 2 different navigations even on the website with slightly different menus). Do yourself a favor and look it up ahead of time so you are not standing there making panic decisions. There is a half sandwich and half soup combo (Not on the board but online menu), which is definitely the move. I got the pozole, which you should absolutely order, and a half grilled cheese on their housemate sourdough. Normally not my go to, but I was trying not to be completely stuffed since we had dinner plans. And they bake their own sourdough, so I had a strong feeling it would be great, and it delivered. Toasty and melty, American and cheddar. My husband got the southwestern wrap, and my friend went with the half club and half tomato soup. She immediately regretted not getting the pozole and the half birria sandwich, which tells you everything you need to know. Also need to mention the snickerdoodle. Not much to look at, kind of humble, but it completely makes up for it with flavor and that perfect soft texture. Go ahead and get the cookie. You are not here to make responsible decisions. Bottom line, it may feel like you are driving into the middle of nowhere, but keep going. This place is worth it.

I found this place thanks to Instagram and it was soooo good !!…read more We came here with a party of 6 and we came Sunday. It was definitely lively !! Luckily we tried to go before church let out and all the heathens (haha) thought the same thing and it was busy. They were really sweet in the service, kept apologizing for food coming out late, but we didn't think it took that long. So we basically had the left side of the menu. Our favorites were definitely the Lechon meal, the Ube pancakes, the Longinista meal, than the Spam meal. My husbands favorite was the Pandam pancakes. They were sweeter than the Ube ones. We got 5 meals, 2 pancake meals, 6 drinks, and an order of Lumpia, all for $108.00 WOW !! That was so cheap, to feed 6 grown adults. Loved it !!

There is ample parking space outside the building. Food-wise, it was good. The food combo did not make sense but it was good. I tried the pork belly, rice, and fried egg. Yep, very non-traditional yet they called it silog. It was different but its good. I had to try the ube pancakes, couldn't finish it but it was good and freshly made.

CALLING ALL FOODIES! Seriously, you need to grab your sombreros and try this place out…read more I'm one of those kind of people that don't like to go to dives, even if I've heard that their food is excellent. I like to eat in nice surroundings and in a descent neighborhood. However, from what I read about THIS food, it made me change my mind. Not in a great neighborhood and in an old strip mall, we seated ourselves. I think at one time this place was nice but now it needs freshening up. But none of that matters now after the food experience that we had. We started with the rich and delectable Roasted Poblano Cream Soup. Oh man, oh man, oh man - my friends, this is a must try. But that was nothing compared to the next dish of Signature Pollo Sazon. Description from the menu: Chicken breast stuffed with chorizo, poblano peppers, and queso Oaxaca, cornmeal breading, pan-seared and laced with a house ancho chile honey sauce. Folks, there were so many flavors going on, I don't even have the words to describe the deliciousness. And what a beautiful presentation! I will definitely try this place again and again.

Bro was like 6'0", curly-haired, buff, Salvadoran, and had the brightest teeth I've ever seen. He definitely knew how to make a good first impression. I ordered the chicken and waffles thinking it was just going to be some regular chicken and waffles, but I was completely wrong. The chicken was actually AMAZING and way better than I expected. Everything came together really well, and I was genuinely impressed. Good food, great service, and a server who was way too friendly and handsome for a random restaurant visit. She came back halfway through my meal and told me they were brewing new coffee and it would be another 7 minutes. I was finished eating by the time she came back, at which time I refused the coffee. I asked her to remove it from my bill but she did not. The food was not exciting (very dense biscuits and mushy hash browns) and the waitress never refilled my empty water glass. When we paid our bill and got the receipt from the waitress (including a $7 tip that she did not deserve!) I thanked her and told her to have a good day. She did not acknowledge either me or my husband, but handed him the receipt and walked away. I do not recommend this place and will not be back.
