We realized this just be the difference between American beef and grass fed Dutch beef! And the potatoes were to die for! When we walked in, there were not enough seats, but the staff took our order, and assured us that there would be seats by the time our food was ready. As soon as other patrons finished their meal, the staff called us in from outside to come and take our seats. Minutes later, our meal was delivered! They were so friendly and accommodating to us and made conversation. The vibe is very inviting and cozy. It is amazing that they were able to rotate all of the patrons in and out in an appropriate amount of time. I loved the music too! I am so glad we came here! I didn't try its hot/red sauce, but the white sauce was yummy and almost tasted like mayo. Most customers chose the to-go option. It does have a number of tables for either couples or groups. This is why I love Europa: you pay exactly what is printed on the menu (in terms of the fees), no T + T surcharge and no need to bus your own table here.
