We came here at the perfect time because we pretty much had the place to ourselves. This place definitely deserves more stars. The food portions and the service was good. We literally could not finish our fries because the burgers were HUGE. Listen...the burgers were juicy, we had juice all in the paper that was wrapped around the burger. The slaw was actually good as well. For 2 waters, 2 beers and 2 burgers we spent $55 Euros. This was money well spent! read more

We were in the area for an Ajax match and stumbled upon Burger Bitch connected to the stadium. Usually with a place like this, you expect below average food for above average prices but this proved the opposite! I ordered the double burger with bacon and jalapeños added on and it was delicious. I was shocked by the taste of the burger and how perfectly it was cooked. I had a burger here for lunch: I opted for Bitch Attack which is a Premium Beef - Grilled Onions - Portobello Mushrooms - Blue Cheese - Bitch Sauce and I liked the meet and the bitch sauce but I did not care for the burger bun. I also did a take out for the Pink Lady once and it that was better than the burger that I had at Burger Bitch. Don't get me wrong, the meat was outstanding but the bun was a disappointment on both occasions. I can't really say that the food is a five star but the meat quality and the ambiance were pretty cool and the french fries were awesome. I liked the Pink Lady sandwich (Falafel- Lettuce-Tomato-Cucumber-Aioli-Tomato Compote) a lot though. I would rate the food 4/5; the service 3/5; the atmosphere 4/5 and the value 5/5. The burgers were around 8 euros (9 US Dollar) but it is tasty and the price/quality is comparable to other top burger places in Amsterdam or great burger joint in USA. It is a cute place right in front of ArenA and it does not disappoint if you are in a mood for quality burger. Your other option for the burger in the area around ArenA is Burger King. read more

I'm not really a fan of burgers, so it's odd that the desire to eat them arose after I left a city filled with great burger places(Kuma's I'm talking about you). Yes, I'm listening Burger Bitch. Tell me more. I walk in and giggle at the burger's names on the menu. They had names like "That's a huge bitch", "Bitch Attack" and "Hot Mama". I found this amusing. I didn't have any of those bitches but instead had She's Smokey. It was a surprisingly tasty burger with caramelized onion, BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese and bacon. Food: 3/5 We had the She's Smoking, a burger with bacon and BBQ sauce, and the Original Beauty with bacon. Both burgers were tasty and full of flavor; good size for a meal. You can pay a bit extra and make it a meal which includes fries and cole slaw and the sides were average. Too bad we couldn't order any milkshakes. Service: 1/5 This place was seriously understaffed when we came here on a Saturday afternoon. There was 1 server and 1 chef for about 20 seats, and the wait time was about 45 minutes for our food to arrive after ordering. If you are in a rush, go to Asian Kitchen instead where you'll get your food within 15 minutes. Atmosphere: 4/5 The decor has a modern bad-ass diner feel, and there is a lot of sass reflected in the photos and quotes around. If however the word "bitch", tattoos, or women in bras make you uncomfortable, then you might not want to eat here. Value: 3/5 Burgers were around 8 euros, with meals be 3 euros extra. Haha this place was really awesome. Its 5 min from the bijlmer station and practically next to the ajax stadion :) We were welcomed by a nice young lady and there were only guys there. I took the 'she is smoking' burger, with a delicious yummy smokesauce. My friend took the chicken one. They were both really good, but the price was not really student friendly. I believe we paid around 8 euros a burger. But, still worth it! We even got some candy when we left. Concluding: Its a funny concept. You really have to see it for yourself. If you don't like spending so much money on a burger you could go to burger king. read more

I'm trying to take Covid into consideration with this review, but i wish someone had told me, so I wouldn't have expected what I saw in the photo to arrive at my home home. I ordered the Basic Bitch Burger. Not sure what I got , but not that. The brioche bun actually weighed more than the meat patty. There was no arugula, and no tomato and no sauce. The flavor was good, but I couldn't eat the bun. The waffle fries were amazing. read more

Totally unexpected good quality burgers at this fun, efficient restaurant. You probably only will end up here if you are going to an event, in which case the whole area will be very busy and all places to eat are full. This place will try to accommodate you anyway. They have a second floor with extra seating and they run a smooth operation. And more important then anything I said before the burgers are great! Staff was friendly, even with the full house. Instead of grabbing a bite closer to home before an event at Ziggo Dome, I decided to try out Burger Bitch right before the show after reading a handful of decent reviews on it. Overall it was a good burger but not the best I've had. Although I loved the individual components - buttery brioche bun, non-crumbly patty - it just seemed to be missing something and was a little on the dry side. However, I do think this might be my go-to when short on time before an event because surprisingly, they really have the speedy service nailed down when the place is packed, from seating to serving! Ambiance: communal tables and pretty loud, so good for groups...sorta? But be prepared to scream at your friends or sit in silence until everyone's done eating lol. Note that on event nights, you are not able to make reservations and there is often a fixed event menu (though not for every event - not sure which ones get the special treatment in this case, but their website will list the menu for each night). read more

It is my 2nd time here after a long time and today I remembered why I didn't go there again. I ordered a burger and a drink in the lunch break together with my friends. We got the drinks in 5-10 minutes, my friends get their burgers after 40 minutes. I did not get any food still after 45 minutes so I decided to ask. The waitress kindly realised that my order was forgotten. It is something likely for Burger Bitch to have such mistakes, because they still collect orders on paper, when contemporary businesses use hand terminals to collect orders. Unfortunately I could not taste their lovely burgers since I had to go back to office, so I cancelled the order and left the place. Waitress was very kind that she apologized for the bad experience I had, but I believe it is not relevant with the staff or understaffing. Use technology guys, you can do it.
