So, after buying all the parts for my top end PC, I took them to Miles and team to put it together. It was as quoted, and on time, but due to Covid, parts were hard to get. Later, when I finally was able to buy the video card and CPU that I had wanted, but could not get for a reasonable price. So, I took them back to Miles and team to Install. Again, on time and as quoted. But, now I had a problem playing my mmo game and a few connection issues caused by transporting it home. Miles fixed the transportation issues free of charge. I really feel that I owed them more money than they quoted. A rare thing if you ask me. My previous Computer repair place, to which I will never go back to, ruined my previous build causing me to make this new high end gaming PC. It is an complex build consisting of an open air design chassis, 18 RGB fans, a top AMD GPU, and a CPU just short of AMD's Threadripper series, 1200W PSU, 64GB RAM, Audio sound display, 48.8" monitor with RGB strips. I sat back and watched the store manager, Daryl Barron, literally give the best show on "multitasking" that I have EVER witnessed! This guy had all of us in AWE on his customer service skills, and I think I know a thing or two regarding customer service as I was one for a major Orthopedic company for over 40yrs!!! As he struggled with T MOBILE server issues that would NOT allow him access to various codes, his computer and his tablet were all in front of him and his phone in his ear as he tried to get the couple in front of me their purchased set of new phones activated AND switched over from Sprint to T mobile And then the new Sim card issue.....Never once did Mr. BARRON loose his cool, or did his voice waver, he was just Mr. COOL doing his UTMOST to satisfy this couple...he was DANCING up a storm, he was GRACEFUL, ALMOST POETIC as he handled each and every hurdle he came upon....it was honestly....the BEST reality t.v. I have seen!!! Every chance he got he apologized to me and reassured me I was next, I repeatedly told him I was fine watching him work while my butt just sat...fascinated at his skills!!! I left that store an hour and 40 minutes after I had walked in...time had flown by as we all watched Mr. BARRON treat each and every one of us as if we were the only person that mattered to him. I can't say enough about this guy!!! I just hope he gets the recognition from his managers cuz this guy Is a KEEPER!!! As I said, we don't have a store were I live. It's thirty minutes depending on traffic to get to this store...but this guy is MY CHAMPION!!! And I can't finish this review without mentioning SHAQ....he took every other customer that he could help!!! I left and I think there were ten people waiting...WAITING FOR THE BEST TWO GUYS, WORKING THEIR BUTTs OFF!!! THEY SERIOUSLY ROCK!!! YA GOTTA GO HERE!!!
