Spoiled milk to start. Then I ordered the ribeye and eggs for breakfast... my meat was black. Absolutely spoiled and disgusting and they still brought it to my table. This was also our second lousy trip here.. do not r

Gs is a friendly local, family owned restaurant. We come here enough that they know you when you come in. They aren't always fast but they are usually good. I highly recommend the abuelitoes plate (street tacos), they are probably the best thing on the menu. Fajita Beef on corn.

Came to eat here while on vacation in Crystal Beach. We had a party of 8 and we were able to get seated right away. Our waitress was very nice and kept our drinks topped off. I ordered the fajitas and believe me when I tell you, that these were the best fajitas I have ever had!! So flavorful and cooked just right. My husband ordered the street tacos, my son ordered chicken nuggets and fries, and my daughter got the kids cheese enchilada. They were all satisfied with their food. My daughter ate all of her food, and my son even added that the chicken nuggets tasted like McDonald's so he was happy. If I ever come back to Crystal Beach I will definitely eat here again.

    Nasty gross burrito
    Ara M.

AWFUL! Absolutely worst place here! Our food was cold, gross, flies everywhere and my French toast was burnt and the owner said they would not remake it but they would take it off the bill. We didn't ask for a discount I just wanted French toast not badly burnt and they refused to make a fresh one. Very rude and disrespectful owner. Our waiter was great but the food was disgusting!

I loved the fried green tomatoes with a sauce that almost tasted like chuy's ranch, but it came with a creamy bacon that was good and reminded me of potato soup. My "top shelf" margarita was only $2 more but came with an extra shot. The boudin balls were amazing flavor, nice & moist cooked perfectly. I ordered the fish basket with 5 pieces of fish and bought enough home to have it for lunch out of the air fryer the next day. Husband had the ahi tuna & said it was wonderful flavor. We arrived hungry & left happy with enough lunch for the next day. Great find and will eat again! Joy, was our awesome server to be sure to request her for the best service you could ask for!

A true Tex-Mex restaurant typically serves complimentary chips and salsa, but that wasn't the case here. The nachos were simply a pile of chips covered with canned nacho cheese sauce instead of individually layered chips topped with beans, cheese, and jalapeños. Honestly, the food at Pancho's was better, which says a lot about the level of quality here. The Cajun dishes were somewhat better, but they still didn't compare to restaurants like Pappadeaux or Landry's. They likely stay busy because they're the only option in the Bolivar Peninsula/Crystal Beach area. The atmosphere and service were the highlights of the visit. Unfortunately, the overpriced menu resulted in a hefty bill that left us feeling underwhelmed and unsatisfied. There's plenty of room for improvement, and I hope the owners from Beaumont make some upgrades to better match the quality their menu promises.

Great flavor in the boil and not too much nitro dusting. Great deal at $30 for 5 lbs. My wife and I each ordered one. Along with a burger for my kids tab came to $85 which I think is reasonable as including all soft drinks and tip it came to $100 total. This included the two crawfish place as well as the cheeseburger my daughter had (this one doesn't like crawfish). Place is packed on weekend evenings, but a great place to sneak into during the early afternoon. If we are back on the peninsula we are definitely coming here if it's crawfish season. Staff super nice and she filled all of our glasses multiple times between tea, water, soda and was great about clearing the table promptly as well. Worth a stop!

The restaurant is small and intimate, with a nice-sized bar near the entrance that makes for a great place to enjoy a drink before dinner. One tip: be sure to pay attention to the dress code. We saw guests turned away for not meeting it, so it's definitely enforced. The service was absolutely spectacular. Everything was perfectly synchronized--from the drinks arriving and set on the table together, to each course being served in unison, to the timely clearing of plates. It's the kind of attentive, polished service that has become increasingly rare. We started with the ceviche, which was incredibly fresh and full of flavor, followed by the empanadas. They were all good, although the shrimp empanada wasn't my favorite. For our entrées, we had the salmon, the filet, and the lamb chops. The salmon was perfectly prepared, the filet was so tender it practically melted in your mouth, and the lamb chops were some of the best my husband has ever had. With exceptional service, outstanding food, and an elegant atmosphere, Rudy & Paco's absolutely lived up to its reputation. We'll definitely be back.
