I witnessed horrible customer service to a young man that scheduled to retrieve his bike that they had for 8 months and was not able to fix it. Because Toby wasn't there she refused to give him his bike. She refused to call Toby to inquire if the bike could be released because she did not want to disturb him. She refused to provide any status of when Toby would return. I don't understand how they are still in business with so many bikes that they are not able to fix. While waiting outside there were other customers waiting to retrieve their bikes that had been there for MONTHS. When Toby returned I asked, as a business owner how are your employees able to speak to your customers in such a horrible, unprofessional manner? He stated she is my wife..... After finally retrieving the bike plastic on the bike was damaged. I'm wondering is he taking parts off of other customers bikes telling customers they need a part and charging for it.

I took my motorcycle faring's to Hayes Racing for a paint job...Please beware..!! Dont use…read morethem..They ask for half the payment up front. 6 months later my bike had still not been painted..I kept getting false stories every time I asked for an update on my paint job. I finally had to show up unannounced to get my faring's back to take them to another shop to have them painted. I have still not received my refund. Terrible customer service. Slow. Unprofessional. I bring my bike here every year after the winter break. This last experience was rough. Brought in…read moreon Saturday, early. Was told it would be 2-3 hours. I ended up calling around 45mins before closing and was told they weren't able to get to it that day. Definitely would have thought I would have gotten a call for that update when they figured it out. Was told my bike would be taken care of on Monday, but I'm assuming because of the weather we had they might not have been open but again no call or update. Then Tuesday comes and they finally say they start the work but they only called three times that day to inform me of other services needed that I will have to pay more for. And then didn't call again that day. I called them when they opened Wednesday morning and they told me my bike was ready. I've never had an issue with the work that they've done I just really have an issue with the lack of communication and updates and to seem like they would only call me when it was time to add another charge. I don't care about the price. I'm not worried about the money. I'm worried about being updated about the progress because I have to change my schedule around so that I can pick the bike up and if I keep doing that without updates, it's a huge inconvenience. Sad to say, but, I don't think I'll be returning.

The store itself was clean, organized, and had that classic Harley atmosphere that makes you want to browse every corner. The only downside was the inventory selection for smaller sizes. If you wear an XS or Small, options were extremely limited, especially compared to the larger size selections available. Hopefully they restock soon because the merchandise they did have was stylish and well displayed. Overall, still a great experience with excellent staff and a great vibe -- just wishing for a little more inclusivity in sizing availability.

Very unprofessional customer service. I would steer clear from Washington DC Harley Davidson. I can see why Harley is not doing so good and why the new generation is not interested in dealing with these dealerships.

They don't take care of your lawnmower while they have it. When they damage it, they won't fix it…read more Went in for simple repair, replace blades...paid $75 for professional pickup and delivery, but instead I got a dirty and damaged mower returned. White dirt on levers and gas cap...seal suddenly coming off and dented piece on bagger. They replaced the seal with a used part and refused to replace dented piece. If you use them, you better take picture before you give it to them, because it may not look the same when it's returned.
