The associate did ask for pictures and the bride showed her and she specifically said no strapless. Well that was the first dress she put her in, we did finish the appointment and at the end she did say "well you find the dress you are looking for out there" and then the associate had the nerve to call the bride an hour later to say we found this dress and sent a picture, she couldn't of found that when we were there!
