It was fairly crowded for a Saturday afternoon in February. I feel the staffing was adequate and we were asked if we needed help when we walked in. Initially we said we didn't need help but when we did need help we were able to find someone. The young lady that helped us seemed somewhat pushy but nice. She asked my son if he wanted to check what type and size she he needed based upon a machine measurement, he agreed. She brought out several shoes and helped him try them on, I found it odd that she refused to bring shoes that didn't fit with the type of shoe that the machine recommended when we asked for them. My son also asked for a different size but she didn't want to bring another size other than what he measured. We probably would have bought some shoes from them had she brought out a larger size. She seemed to get agitated when I asked her if they carried a certain brand that the didn't carry and also seemed agitated when I asked for a certain shoe that they didn't have at this location but did have at another. The kicker for me and the reason they aren't 4 stars is that she tried to charge us $15 for using their measuring machine when she never mentioned that there was a charge before we used it. They have a decent selection of shoes but not amazing and the shoe wall seemed super unorganized, unless there's an organization system that I wasn't aware of. They have a few products other than shoes but they are a little sparse. The prices were on par with other shoe stores but more expensive than Amazon. read more

One of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I'm not the only one. Check the Google reviews! Hidden fees, bad customer service. Buyer beware. I was given the gift of RunFit shoes for Christmas, and came to the store to be fitted as an objective and potential customer. I was totally ignored when I walked in the store. There was another customer there getting fitted for shoes. Three employees in the store, two were hanging out of the back door laughing and talking and who-knows-what-else. The only one who seemed to be working was the girl, who gave me an ugly attitude while she treated the other customer like the Prince of Egypt. I literally watched the other guy get 10x better customer service right in front me. I barely even got eye contact from the second I walked in to the second I walked out. By the time I was checking the shoes out at the counter, I decided I'd show myself as a better paying customer, and that I needed some socks to go with the order, and told her I was grabbing some socks. She said "Ok" and proceeded to ignore me again, walk out the back door, and then return to the other customer. I walked up to ask a question about the socks, and she picked up my box and shoved the shoes in my hand before SHOOING me out the door. All for some shoes I could have gotten cheaper on Amazon. Will never return to RunFit Sports, for any reason, ever. read more

So far I've bought two pairs of shoes from this store. Both pairs have been perfect for what I've wanted, which is to say run. I was helped in picking out a shoe that best fit my foot using a machine that measured the points of pressure on my feet. Pretty rad stuff. They are primarily a running shoe store, but they have other functions as well. It is a good meeting place for people who enjoy running and a place to gather info on upcoming races and whatnot. The staff, albeit very young, knows what they're talking about and are very helpful. read more

They are Very helpful my wife runs ALOT. If they are out of a shoe they will customer order it and sometimes even the size larger and smaller so she can try both on and find the best fit. You can not ask for better customer service!!!! read more

I was impressed with the assistance I received at Run Fit Sport. I had purchased a pair of running shoes but had to return them due to pain in my achilles tendon.
