At 63,000+ miles the manufacturer told me I needed a whole mess of maintenance work done to my car. I got a quote from them and nearly fainted. The manufacturer would have charged me an arm, leg, and a first born child for the work I had done. I came in, explained what the manufacturer told me I needed and we discussed it. They respected my time and money and I paid no where near what I was quoted by the manufacturer. I got quality work done fast, and got OEM parts and fluids for my car. Most importantly, I got work done by a local business that I trust whole heartedly. Maria (and shop kitty) runs the office like the well oiled machine - that they are. It was an absolute pleasure coming here and doing business! I wouldn't think twice about coming back here again!

I told him and he said ok and gave me a price. Ten minutes later he tells me to pull in. After I do another guy comes and asks me what tires I need to change. It was obvious and my lady friend said something like really obvious. The tall guy over heard and made a comment about if you don't like the service you can go elsewhere. Firstly that gentleman who originally said I'll be right with you was rude. Then a minute later the guy said sorry we don't have that tire. Anymore, so after 4o minutes we had to go elsewhere. So not only was the staff rude, they were not well aware of their inventory, which is ignorance on the part of the employer.

After the 19-hour, mad dash to South Florida we had about 1 1/2 hours to actually make it to the ship before it left dock. As we neared the terminal the low tire pressure warning light came on in the car. At this point, my wife frantically began calling the large tire companies in the area Pep Boys and Tire Kingdom. None would help us. We knew if we left the car parked for a week at the parking lot while we cruised we would come back to a flat tire. At this point my wife called a small tire shop, Stirling Tires on Griffin Street. Dre answered the phone and after hearing my wife's story he told us to come on over to the shop and he would get us in and out very quickly. Well, I would say 5 minutes is quick enough. Dre pulled the screw out, inserted a plug, aired the tire to the proper PSI, sprayed soapy water on it to check for leaks and we were out the door for $10. If this is the normal way Dre and Stirling Tires do business he and the shop should be commended. Thanks Dre, you were a huge help to a couple of dead tired Texans.

I decided to leave the truck. The shop reached out to me later in the day and discussed the issue I dropped it off for and informed me they found a couple other problems. They texted me a quote with each item separated so I could accept or decline what work I wanted completed. The front desk even suggested that I hold off on the lesser important issues until we were sure that the primary issue wasn't going to become a bigger issue. Once they successfully fixed the first issue. I then decided to have them correct the other to problems they found. This type of service is hard to find and greatly appreciated. All the service was A+ service, and the work is guaranteed for 12 months. Some may say the price was a little high, but the service you get and the warranty was worth it. I requested service on a coolant leak and once the fixed that, we moved on to the other problems. Highly recommend
