When we originally spec'd out the bigger project and got quotes, Marlon was fair and he was the fastest contractor to respond. We ended up deciding on him quickly because we got good vibes meeting him for the first time. The previous demo contractor we used was aggressive and just not a guy I was comfortable having in my house, so Marlon and his team were a breath of fresh air. His crew was hardworking, respectful, and punctual-- very nice guys. They were also pretty quiet, which is remarkable because I work from home. 11/10, would recommend any day.
