I feel like their motto should be more like, "Oh course we can't!" I recently had a project I where I created an invitation for a client. Had it saved in different formats on a flashdrive and so this client could take it to their choice of printers. Someone suggested Kendall Printers as it was conveniently nearby. Upon arriving they were somewhat greeted by a lady by the name of Pat. They explained the printing request they wanted and were told that it was not possible, saying the version of the formats couldn't be printed. Several formats were saved in different file extensions such as .eps, .jpeg, .pdf, etc. No other suggestions were made as to how they could be helped. My client left and immediately drove to Office Max in Oswego. Upon arriving in Office Max, a young man in the printing services area kindly assisted them and stated the job could be done, he had it ready that SAME day! This is what I call great service, it's a shame that folks could not get that from Kendall Printers. Perhaps they are handy for basic copy and cutting services, but if you need anything more than that you may want to consider heading elsewhere!

Diane easily understood the complexities of my printing job, checking if any questions arose. She steered me towards the perfect paper, and provided options on what would impact postage. The job was done perfectly and faster than I expected. My client called and couldn't get over how beautiful her pamphlet looked. In the past, I have had companies do work on bad paper, cut uneven edges, and fold cards off center. Wally's Printing gets the job done right. I can't even compare their costs to the high quality of their work. They are a fantastic value, friendly, extremely experienced, and do great work. I highly recommend Wally's Printing.

I argued with Paul, the owner to get my deposit back and he refused. I told him I was going to file a civil suit against his business. He laughed and said that I wouldn't waste my time with court as most busy people wouldn't waste their time. Obviously he's done this before. Take you business elsewhere.

When I got my ring home and put it on it was still tight, I had to struggle and use lotion to get it off. It actually hurt my finger. I took the ring to another reputable jeweler ro get it resized again and when he checked the size it was a 6 & 1/4, not a 6 & 1/2 like it was supposed to be sized to. He told me it would have been $75.00 to retip the prongs and $45.00 for sizing. I was ripped off. I wish I would have just gone to the other jeweler that I usually go to. I wish I could give the zero stars. Buyer beware, shop around.
