Upon arrival i was told they are a day behind and there was no way my car could be done that day. Jim was also very rude and acted like i was a nuisance for asking why did i make an appointment if he cannot complete my car as promised. Ended up going the same day to Aesthetic Styling and got it done for less and the owner was great.

I then had to call the following day to make sure he had received the email, as I did not get a courtesy response. A receptionist said it had been received. Today, I called again, as I still had not heard anything from Jim or Cutting Edge. Jim answered the phone, I identified myself and he immediately says "yeah that is something we aren't going to be able to do for you" and hangs up. While this project was admittedly NOT a very large one, I certainly will not even consider them when we have larger projects to work on because they could not even take the time to call me and let me know that my project was not one they would be able to help me on. With the lack of professionalism they exude, I'm amazed that they have any large clients to serve. I'm very disappointed with Cutting Edge's nonexistent customer service.

You saved the day and made the bachelorette weekend! I highly recommend Fresh Concepts Enterprises. The morning I was leaving for a bachelorette party I found out the person I originally hired to make shirts for this special weekend fell through and didn't do anything. I was scrambling to find someone last minute because I had 17 plain t-shirts that needed something on it. I did a search on google and came across Fresh Concepts Enterprises. I called told them what happened and the predicament I was in. They said they would call me back after they check if they could have them done that day. I received a call back that overjoyed me! They said they would do them because this is a special weekend for the bride. So amazing!! I was leaving that morning for Lake Geneva and was trying to find someone to pick up the shirts. The receptionist mentioned one of the ladies lived in Williams Bay. I cannot tell you how kind and helpful everyone was when I arrived. I was introduced to Deb when I got there she was a sweetie. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on the shirt, and she already had it because she did that print recently. What took my breath away was Deb offered to bring the shirts with her that night since she was already going to be in Lake Geneva. WOW!! It was a coincidence that everything was falling in place like it was meant to be. I called Deb later that night when we were on our way to dinner, and she came to the restaurant five minutes later to drop off the shirts. We were all blown away by Fresh Concepts Enterprises and Debs exceptional customer service. The shirts were amazing and the brides was spectacular (Loved the Lime Green Glitter vinyl).
