SUPER ATTENTIVE and knowledgeable, with TOP NOTCH in service and attentive to detail, Lee Family…read moreAuto Repair hasn't changed their service protocol or their friendly attitude since the last visit for an oil change! They also received a well-deserved recognition from YELP this year -- I can't say enough about their attentiveness and prompt service. I brought in two vehicles to get oil changed (they do not take reservations for oil changes, it is first-come first-served), and both vehicles was done within an hour, even accommodating our tight schedule that we had planned for today! There's a slight price difference of additional $5 to $10 since last we visited; however, the prices are truly reasonable compared to nearby auto garages. I was told that the prices will go up in 2026 so if you haven't changed your oil yet, I would totally go for it before that happens! As per usual, they did more than just the oil change, they checked for pressure and brakes, as well as windshield wiper fluid and gave a once look over to see if there's anything that needs to be addressed right away. They never try to upsell anything and never felt any pressure to do any kind of service with them. What a luxury also to go into a heated lounge upstairs, prepped with Keurig style coffee, and snack and water while you wait. Definitely our family's TO-GO mechanic for sure!!

The clientele seems mostly Korean but there's some guys in there who are bilingual and super nice. I'm also partial to their upstairs waiting area. It's so clean and st up like a cute waiting room. There's coffee and snacks and you can watch your car through the large viewing window.

We drove around the block and parked for restrictions. While we were sitting there -less than 10 minutes after driving it away from this garage- someone pointed out our tire had a bubble! A very dangerous undrivable condition. When I went back to Matt, he said that was not an issue, and he was correct to give us the inspection sticker. Obviously it's not. I would have been better off finding someone not squeezing me in so we could drive the car today. And Response was so offensive he doesn't deserve our patronage.

I'm not a big car buff and regular maintenance, inspections etc always lead to me being slightly unsure about what the service entails, what it should cost, wondering if I'm being overcharged etc... in the few auto shops I've been to over the years, there seems to be an unwritten "no questions" policy -- apparently we're all supposed to be auto experts. All the above is why I was so delighted by my experience with United. I was able to schedule my inspection with a quick and pleasant call. They took me in on time, conducted the whole thing in under 10 minutes and had me on my way. They were pleasant and kind and didn't seem so in a rush like other auto shops I've been to. They're family run which is nice too. Go check them out, you'll be in good hands!

His attitude towards customers is great and his price is always fair. There are no hidden fees, unnecessary repairs/services--just the repair and maintenance that was needed. Mr. Kim is upfront about what needs to be done, and gives you why it is needed and how much it will cost. I have no complaints for all he has done to my car. Oil change? Timely done and the car works like a charm. Break pad change? Also timely done and the car works like a charm. Break disk caliper change? Well, you get the idea. Solely because of Mr. Kim, my 10 year old car, works without a single problem. I have to say the least he is the best car mechanic I have ever met.

The owner took a quick look and brought out a contraption that looked like a large toilet plunger to quickly eliminate the eyebrow dent in 3 seconds, and then told me why I should not bother with the paint job, detailing the close-to-$2000-2500 job that would be. I actually knew that it wouldn't be worth it, but it was nonetheless great to hear it straight and fair from the pro. He did not charge me for the plunger job (lol) and told me to come back when I get a new car and need auto body work. What a great experience - I'll definitely check this place out later when I have a new car. Thanks MJ! P.S. Entrance is a bit confusing to find if you follow the GPS - the door to autobody shop is actually two doors down further than the carwash lot.
