I wanted to have a change of hair style, so I let my hair grow to see if I can achieve a slicked back style. After reading blogs and watching videos about the Brazilian blowout, I checked for the closest certified salon to do this treatment. Exclusive Style popped, so I gave them a call to explain my hair situation and what I wanted to achieve. Bindia explained to me that what I wanted wasn't going to work if I did a Brazilian blowout: it would be easy to manage, but not straight as I would like. She recommended the permanent straightening treatment, not only because I was going to be happier but because the results were going to last longer. After figuring out what I wanted to do, I decided to pass by the salon. Bindia had busy day, so she asked me to show up at 8:30 am of the next day. She looked at my hair and told me that the treatment was going to work, she did the same for her son and looked good. This comment made me feel more confident, so I showed up at the scheduled time. After 2 hours of shampooing, drying, putting product and flat ironing, my hair went from having a bird nest to a nice straight hair, you could see the difference half way through the treatment. Bindia and Jazmine made the appointment pleasant, both are friendly, talkative and always with the smile. I feel that they will be the only ones taking care of my hair from now on!
