My son wears a noticeably thicker lens on the left-hand side; Vogue made sure we knew which glasses could accommodate this need, and also did their best to process the lens in a way that made it as thin as possible. I don't even notice the difference between the two lenses! Vogue's "Second Pair Free" policy is good across all locations, of course, and this store is no different. One thing you may not have known is that Vogue allows children (up to age 12) to defer their second pair for up to a year from purchase. This makes a big difference when the kiddos are at an age where their head is still growing. We were able to pick up a second pair for my son this March that fit him much better than the old pair. Of course, there's also the famous Vogue repair policy; when my son's glasses snapped across the nosepiece, Vogue ordered up a replacement on the spot. It took a few days to get the new frames in, of course, but not unreasonably so. I consider Vogue to be the destination spot for glasses, due to their policies and prices. The service at this location places them a little above the other stores I've frequented.

I have been a customer to Dr. Freddie Chow for over 30 years. All seem to be going well except the…read morelast few visits. First ordered glasses that were defective and try to sort out the issues and Dr. Chow said it was my eyes because I'm getting old. Shortly after that got new glasses because broke the old ones and the problem was corrected with the new lenses that he declined to take responsibility for because of that improper making of the lenses. Now I have a virtual field test that is two hours away and a defective machine as far as my opinion is concerned wanted to use the Halifax location and said that the machines are different doesn't make sense to me I would not recommend using these guys because they don't assume any responsibility for their incompetence in their equipment very disappointed with Dr. Chow and would not recommend anyone to trust your eyes with someone that you can't trust. Very disappointed and will be telling everybody I can't to stay away from any of the eyes location. Also the glasses they wanted to sell me for $800.
