Also, people are hanging out and they're playing music, so it's a really nice vibe. I wound up finding two cool records in their discount bin and my daughter picked up albums by Metallica and Ozzy Osbourne. Overall, we both left happy. While I love to support local businesses and record stores, I do have to mention that their prices are a little bit on the high side. Not that it would prevent me from going back or anything, because like I said it is a great little record shop. However they are definitely more expensive than other area record stores and way more expensive than what you could find online. One of the albums my daughter got was like 36 bucks but we later saw it in the same condition on Discogs for half that.

As I walked in with my kids, my oldest gave me a code red warning for my younger two that there was questionable content inside. So luckily, no issues. But I mean for a store that's focused on teens and young kids, it's a little surprising that they would put such graphic stuff right in your face. I mean like graphic sex toys and a 3D penis mug. Like holy crap, people.

They take you based on the order you arrive and they are very thorough in examining your items so don't go when you are in a hurry. Price was fair and much less of a hassle than listing on eBay.
