A friend recommended coming here to go "squishy hunting" which is all the craze right now for…read more littles. They had such a wide variety of different squishies. While they were out of stock of the popular NeeDoh brand, they did have dumplings and a variety of other squishies. I was impressed with the selection and quantity of squishies compared to other stores. They also had several other toys and a make your own slime bar with beads and jewels to add. It's a cool little shop for kids but it was very crowded. Also, the lines to check out were a bit confusing as some families were in line only to look at the products they were passing out behind the register & were not ready to check out. Overall, my daughter walked out with 3 new squishies and was a happy camper.

Went in to ask about the current promotion for new iPhone 16 when you add a line. A family member…read moreis leaving her job and losing her phone. We want to add her to our account which would be a new line. We also want to port the work number over to the new account and were told that we weren't eligible for a free phone with a new line unless we took a new phone number. This made no sense and I told our rep so. He got belligerent and basically said to talk to a manager and then walked away. I came home and called Verizon customer service and was able to add the line, get a free phone, and get the number ported. Will never go to this store again.

This store was huge! We've been to other Michaels stores in other locations, but it has been a…read morewhile. There's ample parking in the lot out front. I had an art project in mind and an idea of what I needed to buy, but I wasn't really sure which of the different brands or types of the product to get. Unfortunately, there's not much staff here to help. I had to go to the front cashier and ask someone there where to even find what I wanted. And there's no staff wandering around to ask further questions. I just had to guess and hope for the best. The other problem is that the store is so large that it's hard to discover what's where. You wind up wandering a lot more than you'd like to just going up and down the aisles. I certainly got in my steps this day. Since there aren't many stores like this for arts and craft supplies that I know of (Is there any other?), I suppose I'd return.

Store is well stocked with inventory, however this location only had two visible associates covering the store and register. We were able to find our item and check out with no problems.
