Caught off guard today when my son came to get his mom in Bath and Body Works as the video game he was buying needed an adult. My HS son looks older, and taller then his older brother. He is honest so when they asked his age he told them truthfully. Kudos ! I found his perplexed look on his face to be good. I was more than happy to walk down stairs as his parent and approve the game. These days this little extra care is greatly appreciated. Soon my son with head off on his own, but dad will never mind being included in what he is purchasing and playing. Being aware is my ultimate responsibility as their parent. This is my regular GameStop to preorder anything I want that's coming up. The employees are friendly and put effort into making midnight releases enjoyable with small snacks and random games to play while you wait for the clock to hit twelve. Of course it's usually crowded, but it's crammed into a small location in an already overcrowded mall. Consider I'm speaking well about the employees, GameStop as a company needs a full reworking of its prices for used games and whatnot, but we know that won't happen so no need to complain about it anymore since corporate cares more about money made. But! If your looking for a GameStop to go to, then take the extra few minutes and come see the folks that work here, they actually care about helping you find what you need/want. read more

I was a regular here for many years. Few months though I've been noticing lots of changes. Not in a positive way. New lady there Heather is not very friendly. I was in recently to buy something and she never smiles or makes eye contact. She was pretty rude and dry. I asked her about Shadow of the Colossus just to make small talk. She seemed very uninterested in any conversation. All she said was it was a remake and she hasn't played it. Gave me my receipt didn't even tell me about the survey like they usually do every single time. Pay and leave kind of attitude. I was the only customer in the entire store. Don't shop here unless you want to get home, open your video game case, and find nothing inside. The employees at this location spend so much time just talking to each other that they rarely acknowledge customers and forget to even put your purchased games in the case. This has happened to me twice already (out of the ONLY TWO TIMES I've made purchases there). This means that they're 0 for 2. Think of how much this happens to other customers that don't go home and write reviews. I should've known better to shop there again. read more
