I had a party last minute (literally the day after I called), and FotoBoyz was able to get me a really good deal and get all the video game machines I wanted on short notice. The staff and the owner are really kind and professional and got the set up and break down done quickly. Don't let the name fool you, they have way more than just photo booths for rent; from old school video game machines, to arcade games and cotton candy machines for rent as well as wax hand and spin art booths, they've got you covered. Fotoboyz came highly recommended to me by a vendor. The relationship leading up to the event was great - the level of communication and planning was on point. Unfortunately, after the event, I was NEVER sent the images. Phil became unresponsive and told me he would send them the Tuesday following the Saturday event. Nine days later I still haven't received a reply or the link to the photos. I followed up with them and was told: "oh well our graphics guy was out for 3 days on vacation." Last I checked there are 5 business days in a week - furthermore that's not my problem. As a business owner myself I would never tell my client you need to wait because my graphics guy is on vacation then dodge the client for 4 days. It's their responsibility to deliver what their client paid for in a timely manner. I was told I would also receive "analytics" to see how well the photos were performing on social media - still have NOT received anything on this either. In the social media world striking while the iron is hot is imperative and posting a follow up to the event 10+ days after the event isn't the best strategy. read more

My experience with this company was above and beyond anything I ever expected. I first dealt with Phil to receive a quote and weigh out my options. I was referred to them by my best friend who used them for his wedding. Phil was extremely responsive to my phone calls and emails. He answered all of my questions and steered me in the best direction. We threw a "Great Gatsby"/Art Deco themed engagement party/surprise wedding and the Fotoboyz were the best idea and worth every single penny. Misty worked with us to design the print outs and backdrop which came out perfect and totally Gatsby!!! The guys that worked our party, Will and Bobby, brought the life out of our guests and were awesome with getting everyone into the mood throughout the entire night. The guys even took extra pictures with their own camera of our wedding ceremony and candid shots of the guests and venue which they did not have to as it was never even discussed as part of my package. The pictures came out amazing. We even got rained on and the guys were awesome and super cool about everything. We received our copies on a DVD within the same week that we were married. The photos were hysterical as were the videos. Looking back this was the best idea. I am not one to post many reviews online, but I am so grateful for everything that the Fotoboyz did to make our special night unforgettable and had to give them credit for a SPECTACULAR job . I throw a lot of parties and this was by far the most unprofessional entertainment company I have ever dealt with. The photographer who was supposed to work my event at 9am was booked on another event until 4 am and refused to come. They sent another photographer who didn't even have the graphic design we created for the border. He had the wrong color Stantions than was in my contract. I would never recommend this company after how they promised me a thank you card border and I got a photographer who didn't know about it and gave me regular photos I could have printed at Walmart myself. read more

Nothing but great things to say about this company. I needed them for an event in a time frame of 3 days from booking to date of event and they were so quick, accommodating, and just overall awesome. They were on time for set up day of, were engaging throughout the entire event with our guests, and brought everything they needed with them to the event, which is rare for many vendors. We at the Boca Raton Renaissance Hotel hosted our annual Global Day of Discovery and went to Fotoboyz for a Step and Repeat. Their professionalism was top notched. Phil helped us and even sent over a ring rover photo booth. All the staff that assisted from set up to taking pictures with the ring photo booth, they were all excellent and very engaged! FOTOBOYZ EVENTS hired me to work 7pm to 10pm in March 2018. I had car issues and FOTOBOYZ EVENTS insisted I work 8pm to 11pm instead, and I did. The patrons had such a fun time playing at my poker table they even took pictures with me and gave me their business cards. I have pictures and videos at my station with patrons as well as other employee witnesses. At 11:30pm when it was time to be paid I was told me there was no check for me, although another employee confirmed they saw my check. Through several attempts, communications and promises of being paid by FOTOBOYZ EVENTS, I have not received payment. I just want to be paid for time worked, as agreed. I even requested the money through Venmo twice, at the advice of another employee who has experienced issues with "missing checks". On 10/8/18 FOTOBOYZ EVENTS said they would write me a check if I come to the office to pick it up. Still no check. I think they want me to show up and not pay me, again. **I tried to upload images of proof but they wont post for some reason.** read more

Biggest Mistake Ever hiring them! I just want to warn others not to believe anything that Phil says. I hired fotoboyzevents.com to do greenscreen photography for an event. I"ve never worked with such an unprofessional company. They showed up late, did not come with the photo favors or services that were paid for, they were rude to my guests, there photo station was messy and disorganized the entire party. I tried to speak with them regarding the service but they did not return my calls or offer any compensation for not fulfilling there agreement. It's a great idea for a party but use another company. I've been to other parties since mine and believe me, there are plenty of other reputable photo companies out there at half the price. read more

Beware! I hired Fotoboyz to provide an LED revolving selfie booth for a private party last weekend from 8 to 11pm. Phil assured me that he would provide an experienced, "high energy" photographer who would interact with the crowd. He raved about their technology and high quality photographs. The photographer (who was very polite) arrived on time, but quickly informed me that she did not have the right equipment, and therefore could not take any pictures! She apologized and returned one hour later with new equipment. Unfortunately, her photography skills were subpar. The majority of our pictures were blurry with way too much open space above the subjects head (the focal point of several ended up being my kitchen ceiling!). If you are looking for quality, sharply focused, aesthetically pleasing pictures, look elsewhere. When I asked the photographer how to access the online gallery, she responded by saying she wasn't sure, but perhaps Phil would send me a CD! I called Phil first thing on Monday morning to politely ask for a price adjustment for the one hour of time that we lost due the the equipment blunder (they charge by the hour). He said he would call me back. Five hours later, I called him again. He answered his direct line and insisted that I was not speaking to "Phil" so I said gee, you sound just like the Phil I've been talking to for the last week. His reply, "Phil will get back to you." Phil never got back to me. Truly sad customer service!! read more

Fotoboyz provided a step and repeat red carpet with live photographer during my cocktail hour and the mirror photobooth during my reception. Staff was professional. The guys that ran the photo booth were very nice and helpful. They arrived early to set up. My guests had a great time. The only problem I had was I don't think the attendants made it clear that there were options of black/white and sepia prints as well, or that they had unlimited photos. Fotoboyz is an amazing company! I did a lot of research to get exactly what I wanted for my son's Bar Mitzvah! I wanted a unique and fun activity other than an ordinary photo booth! Their grafitti wall live was exactly what I wanted! The cost was just right and much less than other companies I looked into! The kids and adults kept raving about the wall and how fun and interactive it was. Phil, Mike, and all the attendants were amazing and were very easy to work with. I LOVE that I get a scrapbook of all pics taken that night, a jump drive with all the pics, AND a link to a Dropbox that I can share with friends and family! Not to mention, their tattoo booth and giant jenga was a bit hit for the cocktail hour entertainment. All in all, I was thrilled with everything about this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. I wish I was planning another party so I could use their services again!
