I didn't spend a lot of time looking around but from my limited time there, they seem to have a very good selection. The prices were okay. Again, at least as far as I saw. But customer service really is key and she was extremely nice. That alone would make me want to go back. And it's right across from BJ's, so it's convenient.

The staff seems to be hit or miss, times I have been greeted and they are very attentive with showing me where something I am looking for is where other times when I walk in there isn't one word said to me. Not a huge deal but I like consistency when it comes to friendly staff. The location is pretty huge and the shelves are pretty easy to find because everything is labeled pretty nicely but there doesn't seem to be any rhyme or reason to where they are located throughout the store. Prices are reasonable but there have been a few items I have found for slightly cheaper on ebay (including shipping) or other sites that specialize in vinyl records. I like that this place does have a nice amount of cassettes as well but I would like those to be organized a lot more than they currently are. The store is super clean and very well lit and I like that they offer listening parties for some upcoming albums that are very hyped!

Reminded me of a record shop that I used to frequent back in Queens, NY in the 90s. If you're into rock and metal, you'll definitely love the selection here. They had all kinds of cool albums, including some really interesting sets and Record Store Day releases that you just don't see everywhere. They also had a bunch of reggae, soul and dance LP's. Prices were a little bit higher than you could find online for most things, but there were some deals here and there. My daughter found a bunch of singles for a buck or two that we're going for more money on eBay. She was psyched. One thing that I was disappointed with was that the selection appeared to be like 95% new vinyl. I was hoping to find some used bins to look through but it was really slim pickens for diamonds in the rough. That aside, gotta love a record store like this. I will definitely be back in the near future. Five stars.

It's a humble location; it's in a quiet strip mall off Oakland Park blvd. Honestly, as we pulled in to the mostly empty parking lot I thought we had the wrong location. But as we entered I realized what few mall customers there were, were all in the shop. And what a nice space it was. Old school basic layout that I liked. Just boxes and boxes of vinyl to sift through. They were well organized, with punk, funk, and more all set in their areas. And the RSD specials were displayed above each of the areas they related to. It's not a huge store, but with the limited quantity it helped me find a couple things I liked. Glad to make the acquaintance of We Got the Beats, and hope to be back soon.

The space is huge, with a space for board games, computers, a sofa area for interaction, a mini-store with snacks, a bar for boba, sandwiches and drinks, and a store with anime and Magic card merchandise. I can't judge the service because I didn't interact with any of the staff.

They have basically any calender design or idea you can possibly think of, like star wars but with cats instead, cluck off that is nothing but roosters and chicken, and just adorable pets or more adult geared calenders. They also have an amazing selection of puzzles that range from toddler to puzzles with over 1000 pieces! They have spongebob, disney, Harry Potter and even a funny face mask puzzle I would've gotten if not for the box being damaged. Only concern was we were not addressed once, when I walked in, the two workers just stopped talking, looked at me then began to talk to each other again without acknowledging me at all. A few of their items can also be bought cheaper at target or Walmart as well. Overall a nice little store though but it seemed like everything was just thrown on shelves

I have been a few times but most recently came here for record store day and it was a nice smooth event from the second I got there to the second I left! The staff is very knowledgeable and even pointed to the places on the walls where my items I was hunting for, would be. Thank god I was close to the front of the line because they only had 2 copies of one of the records I wanted and I managed to get one before anyone in front of me bought them! I really love that they had a one item per person limit for the event. The space is nice and small but they have so many different records around that I could've spent half a day here looking through everything they had to offer! The layout is very easy to have and everything is nicely labeled and easy to search for! The prices for new records are a bit pricey, but equal to other places in the area as well as stores online. I don't mind it because I like to support small businesses!

The used and new vinyl are displayed by genre at mid-range prices. Good supply of classic albums although a majority are new digital versions.
