Love this store!! It's in the Lakeline Mall. The store is clean and well stocked with lots of unique merchandise, including albums! The prices are quite reasonable, a good bargain! The customer service was good. I wasn't badgered or pressured to buy. All my questions were answered with ease. I bought a "The Cars" debut album on blue vinyl!! What an incredible find!! So excited!! They also had a record player, but I already have a beloved player at home. I'll, most certainly, visit this store every time I visit this mall! Very poor customer service and require you to give your phone number, address and email to return an item. (I had the receipt and original credit card it was purchased on.) They don't require you to give it to purchase anything!!! What do you suppose they will do with your information? read more

Very Shady Business Practices, just like others have reviewed, they will take your credit card and sign you up for a subscription without your authorization. Your card will be continually charged until you got through the hassle of cancelling the subscription you never authorized in the first place. Customer Service will then dance around your questions and requests and then claim they can't cancel your membership and try and convince you to stay with them. You'll have to dispute these charges with your credit card company or bank even after these run arounds on the phone. My $15 purchase costed me $30+ after it was purchased. I don't know how this is acceptable and I don't know why they are able to continue to steal from customers. I'd say if you need something you find in this store, buy it online or if you need to have it, pay cash! read more

Whenever I am at Lakeline I almost always have to stop by FYE for a few reasons. 1. You never know what kind of media sale is going on. I kid you not, you can save HUGE on some of their sales on new and used DVD's and Blu Rays. It just depends on what promo they are running. 2. It's nerd geek central. Here they have some of the oddest and uncommon collectibles for just about anything pop culture. Some of it is overpriced, but again you gotta check back to see what is marked down and on sale. Lots of shirts, posters, toys, cd, dvd, blu ray, vinyl and books. Their pricing is always changing which makes it kinda tough to follow. My only complaint is always having to say no to those annoying free magazine subscriptions. I know they are just doing their jobs but c'mon man! If I said no last time you know I am gonna say no again this time! It's always a treasure hunt when I go in there. I dig it. read more

Usually I never go to lakeline mall , but when I go I always see lots of things I like that aren't usually at my mall so I love to spend money here , haven't ever been disappointed and always find something , never leave empty handed, love the little sales you guys have in here , I recommend more of it please ;) , and also it is a bit pricey , they even have kpop albums !! read more

Fun place to stop in and browse the time away. There's always something new to see. They have music, movies, posters, t-shirts and some really cool collectibles. There's usually a sale on something so I have to keep checking the store for bargains. I like their full size characters too, fun to take a picture with them. The staff is friendly and will help you find what you're looking for, which seems simple, but it isn't always like that in other stores. It's just fun to check out their new stuff and get your geek on. read more

Don't shop here. You have to sign up for a subscription they "say" you can cancel but still charge you $11.99 for monthly. I didn't even know I was being charged. Then when you talk to customer service they say they'll send you a gift card. THE GIFT CARD IS TO GO BACK AND SHOP AT THAT STORE. I AM OUT $80 and they sent me a WORTHLESS $20 gift card. I was shocked this place still exists as they've all closed down near me back home. The store is a hodgepodge of items like it's not sure what it actually meant to sell. There is a small dvd section, some used movies and I think some cds? There's tons of shirts, Funko, toys, random anime items but it's not really in any order. The carpet is dirty and it's really dated. I could find better deals on Amazon but hey if you're curious about whatever became of FYE check it out. read more

FYE VIP is a scam, theft, flat out lie. I was shopping in FYE with a friend a day ago. The clerk said you get a free VIP card and 10% off. It's free with magazine subscriptions. I doubted the perk but took the little booklet they offered; thought I'd read it over anyway. Well guess what happened next? This morning less than 24 hours later I've already had my credit card charged erroneously. When I called FYE, they said it's the fault of their 3rd party partners and I'd have to call them directly. Now I've had to cancel my credit card and will have to call the magazine company myself. Ugh! Never to shop FYE again. read more

Well I just had the worst experience at the Lake Line Mall FYE. For whatever reason I've been setting off security sensors all day, so it was no surprise when I set it off when walking out of FYE, so when the manager asked to *LOOK* in my purse, I opened it up and held it up to him. He proceeded to *snatch* it out of my hands, and put HIS HANDS in my purse (which btw only a police officer can do that and that's only with a warrant or probable cause), then dumps the contents out and paws through my personal things. So after he basically violated the 4th Amendment, he insisted he was doing me a favor. After the ordeal, I noticed cash was missing out of my purse. I went back to ask if maybe the missing cash fell behind the counter. The clerk refused to even look for it, and again insisted he was doing me a favor and kept calling me "sweetheart." I asked to speak to the manager, because I was appalled by his attitude after he made me feel violated and wanted to report the missing cash as well, but of course that creepo was the manager. read more
