The restaurant is small, with the register counter as the first thing you see walking through the door. There's bar seating against the wall, and 2-3 tables for groups of maybe 4-6 people. The lady manning the front counter as well as taking orders and serving was fantastic. Very friendly and checked up on all tables through out the night. For ramen, my bf got the Tonkotsu ($1 extra for spicy), and I got the Mayu. I see why it has such high reviews, both were delicious. The roasted garlic oil was amazing and complimented the pork broth. The seasoned soft-boiled egg was our favorite part, not just lightly seasons either. It was sweet and savory with each bite, and the creaminess from the jammy yolk was fantastic. The charred cha siu slices had a slight sweetness too, and the fat through the slices gave it this wonderful melt in your mouth, mouth feel. The tonkostu spicy used the same broth just added the chili oil to it and gave it a good bite. The noodles had a nice chew to it. It was just the perfect bowl on a chilly May evening.
