The post procedure printed information was pathetic and very inadequate, so I had to look up online what I needed to do for the next three weeks. Not ONE follow-up call. Not one. Trust me, a CO2 laser treatment is no joke and there is extensive downtime. I would have expected way more for what I paid and will never go back to this place. Go to a dermatologist to get this type of work done. Aria is interested in taking your money and that's the end of it.

Previous approaches offered a couple of days of pain management, at most. At Backlab, Dr. Barnes gave me a comprehensive explanation of why I was in pain, and the path forward. A quick google search told me that this franchise did start in Australia, like F45. They even had an Australian guy James (who was in some of the videos!) whispering in the trainers ears the first week. I feel like this video format makes more sense with F45 than Pilates. I appreciate the constant instruction that you may not get with a live trainer (depending on their personality and desire to talk through the whole class) but sometimes my head was down because of the exercise and I just couldn't figure out what the video trainer was saying. If the exercise was the same throughout that would be ok. But it would change instruction mid exercise. The verbal cues weren't always the best. With F45 there are no verbal cues. Just look at the screen, do the exercise for the full 45 seconds or whatever, and move to the next station. As the other reviewer said, their pricing was just not competitive when I visited. $60 for 7 classes intro offer was good but the gym just opened, there was hype and those classes needed to be scheduled with 2 weeks. I think some people may have gotten screwed because classes filled up so fast. Only 14 spots per class because that's all the room and reformer machines they had. Also, there was no unlimited option like other local studios offer. Only pass packs which had to be used within a certain time. And their pass packs were more expensive than other reformer studios nearby. I'm not sure how much flexibility that they have given that it is a chain.
