I am so excited about my experiences with FusionSleep. For the first time doctors and nurses listened to me and was able to help figure out what was wrong rather than brushing my symptoms off. Since treatment started I am a whole new person! Staff, Nurses and Doctors are so helpful and provide clear education. In addition I was able to do all things virtually during the COVID-19 Crisis! I 100% recommend FusionSleep! read more

I never knew I had sleep apnea until my doctor refered me to Fusion Sleep several years ago. I had the sleep study done and was shocked at the results. The study is done in a room that feels like a hotel room. The technician was able to explain each part of the procedure. I brought my own pillow to be more comfortable. I use a CPAP now and have had good results. The people at Fusion Sleep have always been able to help me when I needed it. I was going out of town and needed new tubing and was able to get one quickly. read more

Great facility. I have been living with sleep apnea for years, finally decided to take care of it. Fusion sleep had a smooth process to do the testing and required insurance. I am living so much better now. They have since moved to telemedicine and they already have a shipping testing kit. It is much easier to get this process done than I thought it would be. Fusion sleep is great! read more

Fusion Philip staff was excellent at getting my CPAP material set up and delivered. Billing was excellent with no problems and follow up frequent enough and soon enough to be useful and please to use them again if needed. read more

I've been a patient at FusionSleep for a few years now. The place is great! From the receptionist, nurse, tech, doctor - always caring, professional, and easy to talk with. My supplies are always on time and my calls are always returned. Never any problems, easy-peasy to keep your health on track! I recommend them highly! read more

I was diagnosed with obstructive sleep apnea. The sleep clinic technician was kind and welcoming, ensuring I was comfortable and had what I needed. The staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. They are on top of their game with the latest technology in terms of machines, nose pillows, etc. read more

The clinic branch in Johns Creek is extremely unpunctual. Typically they are off by about 60 mins. If your appointment time is 9:00am - rest assured you will see the doctor or the nurse practitioner only around 10:00-10:05. They will do a good job of keeping you busy filling out forms and moving you from one room to another. read more

Fusion Sleep is a BIG ripoff. They are concerned not about the patient but for the Dollars. The front desk staff needs a class in customer service. If they sell you a CPAP MAKE SURE YOU FIT IT PROPERLY. THEY will not warranty the equipment. read more

It's hard to find both an outstanding doctor and staff these days, but that's what you will find at FusionSleep! Everything is handled professionally, including the consideration of your time as a patient and accommodation. I highly recommend Dr. Aggarwal as she is very knowledgeable and patient. read more

Dr Pitts has worked diligently to help me sleep. This week I met with Suzanne Wilson. She was really helpful. She gave me a great tip for keeping my head gear on my fine hair. read more

I have been going to FusionSleep for 4 months and the staff has been great! The only reason I give 4 stars is that when I had my sleep study, they assign a time to arrive and (mine was 9pm and it took them a couple hours to hook me up, even though they knew I go to sleep at 10). After getting the CPAP, I have felt less sleepy and Cecile is helpful with explaining the whole process. read more

I couldn't be more happy with the team at FusionSleep. They truly made me feel comfortable as I started my new journey with the cpap machine. I'm truly blessed to have a team who really showed concern, and helped me to get on the right track of getting a better nights sleep. Thanks! read more

Superb care by a highly competent, friendly staff and of course Dr. Riney who took a careful history and expertly examined me. As a retired physician, I know what competent care looks like. This practice is clearly first rate in my opinion. read more

Went to Fusion Sleep because my wife was complaining about my snoring. Did sleep test got cpap now sleep like a baby and no snoring

I have had only good experiences with Fusion Sleep. They care about their patients and are very profesional!

FusionSleep has been wonderful helping me with my sleep apnea. The doctor and the physicians assistance were wonderful. The home sleep study was very convenient, shipped to my house data collected and shipped back. Yes I needed a CPAP machine and the technicians have been great helping me understand how to use my machine and even remotely adjusted it so that I had a better Experience. I'm sleeping much better at night and FusionSleep contacts me by text message or an email about once a week to make sure everything is OK. Anytime I Add a question they were happy to help me. I've been very very satisfied. Thank you Bill read more

Been going here for 12 years. Great doctors would have given them 5 stars, but the reorder department needs help.

Terrible customer service! in several efforts to get in touch with the billing department I get a message that someone will contact me in 48-72 hours; and of course that never happens. Same situation with getting supplies with a promise to return my call in 48-47 hours and of course that doesn't happen either. I haven't run across many businesses that can survive with such disregard to customers wanting to pay for services and supplies? It is not worth the frustration! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE that resulted in Injury to my Son from the Tech. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD to the JOHNS CREEK Location. Room Carpet was Very Soiled and Bathroom Floor was Dirty. Dust was Blowing on Our Face All Night because We had to Turn the Fan they Provided on Because it was Very Hot in the Room. When I reported it to Upper Management They didn't care and sided with the Tech. The Tech scrubbed my Sleeping Son with the Alcohol Pads because he said " He was Running Behind" and Placed a Too Small Chest Strap on my Son that began to cause a mark on his Chest. My Son has Many Medical Concerns and was Very Co-operative But the Tech was Nice at First BUT Changed to MEAN Because he was Running Behind and Continued to TELL ME THAT MY SON'S ORDER should have been for a "ONE TO ONE VISIT." and THREATEN "That if my Son Removed the Leads he would have to send Us HOME" It was after 11pm and We were 45 min from home and I was TIRED. read more

I am never going back to this place again. Their billing practices are very suspect and not customer friendly at all. I went to see them last October and was fitted for an a-pap machine. I have been to see them for follow-ups requested by them several times since. I was under the impression that they were waiting to bill me until after the 3-month period in which you have to show 70% compliance in order for your insurance to cover a portion of the equipment. Yesterday, I went once again for a follow-up and was asked to pay the upgrade (from the c-pap to the a-pap), which I was made aware of early on. However, when I asked for a payment plan of $100 a month for 3 consecutive months- the billing manager came in to speak to me bringing a bill for over $500 that she says has been outstanding since my appointment in October. Now keep in mind that they never showed me a bill prior to this at the office when I would go to leave, nor did they send me a bill (although ironically I received one yesterday in the mail after I got home). Come to find out, they were charging me a $130 month rental fee that my insurance only paid $11 towards and they are getting ready to charge me for the 4th month in rental fees. I asked how much the base machine costs and how much the replacement tubes and stuff I got yesterday cost and they couldn't tell me. They simply said each insurance company is different. They made me sign for the equipment but without any indication of how much I would be billed. The billing manager was rude and tried to claim that I had signed paperwork when I first came that explained the rental fees. But nobody bothered to explain that to me. How many of you read through the mountain of paperwork a doctor's office has you sign before signing? They should have explained that to me and upon leaving, shown me a bill. While I'm sure their medical services are fine- I will never go back to them for their biling practices alone...not to mention how rude this billing manager was. I guess I'll have to continue to wait to see how much they will charge me for everything once it's all said and done and hope I can afford it. I will never go back there again and urge you not to as well. read more

Sleep disorders can be very serious. You want to make sure you the best care possible. I had a terrible experience with Fusion and after months of complaining got nowhere. I started to feel like I represented money to them and my health was of no concern. They were more concerned with how they could bill for more services. read more

1) We were misled about the billing. My wife was told insurance would cover but did not. (Fusion did not tell us annual deductible needed to be hit first.) 2) Wife had a terrible experience at the actual session and left early. Could not fall asleep with all the wires. 3) They have been unwilling to work with us on making us pay for something that was of no value to us. 4) For us it was a total waste of money. Would definitely NOT recommend going to Fusion. We are on the hook for about $900. Cleary they don't care about customer service. They just want the $$$. read more

I wish I would have used this website prior to my appointment. Ironically I am in the same boat as many of the reviews before me. My last visit was in September 2014 and was told that insurance would cover all but a specific tubing I prefer. I paid for that and was billed for it 2 months later. I had to return to the office with my receipt because we could not get a return call. I just got a bill in the mail today (April 2015) for those "parts" (mask, filters and headband?) they said my insurance covered. I understand that I am responsible for what my insurance doesn't cover but I also trust that you know your area of business. I must say I back up the reviewers before me.... take our advice... unless you like to headaches... I would take your business elsewhere. read more

I received a phone call this morning from a DEBT COLLECTION agency concerning a bill from Fusion Sleep from a visit that I paid them over a year ago. I wasn't impressed with the doctor or the staff there and never returned - but I DID pay the outrageous bill for the 30 minute consultation in November of last year and I have the credit card record to prove it. My address was typed in wrong by the staff (shock) yet they clearly had my phone number correct since they passed it to a debt collection agency instead of calling me themselves to clear up this matter (that wasn't a matter.) Despite the fact that they had my street name unrecognizable in their system, I had paid my bill. Thanks, Fusion, I get to spend the next few weeks clearing my perfect credit record because of your lack of organization and bookkeeping. Two thumbs down. read more

There support staff sucks...try getting someone on the phone to schedule an appointment.

They have always been very helpful over the phone and appear to be well organized. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was that I think that it has recently been difficult to get through on the phone since the COVID epidemic. read more

They have provided decent care over the last about 10 years since my general practitioner suggested that I might have sleep apnea. I find that their prices on equipment are WAY higher than I can get online, and one of the times they messed up my machine, and I had to go back in (no charge). While I haven't had a lot of issues, they have helped with the few issues (dried out eyes and nose, etc.) I've had with my CPAP. read more

I have seen Dr. Shah at Fusion Sleep for about 18 months. I came for a new sleep study and medical supervision for my severe sleep apnea. I was initially impressed that sleep support supplies could also be bought at the center and the expertise & friendliness of the front office staff. Months later, I am very disappointed! I still have sleep issues, my billing has been mishandled several times, my calls made to the support center were not returned. In desperation I left a call to Dr. Shah for a Rx for a new CPAP with software so it could be downloaded by the clinician to pinpoint my specific issues. I received the Rx, bought the machine out of my pocket ( over $600) and took the results to Dr. Shah to read. She would not even look at them. She apologized that my phone calls had not been returned, that her nurse had sent me a Rx without her knowledge, and that I had bought a CPAP machine which was not one she approved! Needless to say, I was very frustrated. She had never seen a CPAP Transcend machine before so she did not trust its software! Dr. Shah assured me (without looking at any data) and despite my stated sleepiness issues that my sleep apnea was being controlled, suggested I go back to my old CPAP machine which only shows whether I have used it at night and referred me to an insomnia specialist and to her support staff to recalibrate my CPAP machine. While I was talking with her clinician, I showed her the software printout from my new CPAP machine. She took one glance and showed me that my mask was leaking and I was still having AHI events every night. I bought a new mask and will be looking for a new sleep doctor. What a waste of money and time! read more

I love the location, and the staff at this facility in John's Creek. The billing never got it right, sent me bill after bill. Fortunately I called my health insurance to check on the charges each time or I would have overpaid Fusion each time. I love the fact that I can "almost" automatically get supplies. There is some confusion in the automatic part, but it seems to get less confusing each time. read more

My entire testing procedure was taken care of very professionally; apparently there was some construction going on to improve the facility, but the room seemed clean enough. I really knew I hadn't been sleeping well and after getting acclimated to the cpap I always sleep soundly. I was told I woke up 36 times during an hour. That convinced me. I've had no problems getting supplies, either. read more

I am very happy that my husband used Fusion Sleep to rest for sleep apnea! Appearance: it's very well put together inside; plenty of comfortable seating, nice simple decor, and VERY clean every time I've been in. Staff: the moment we walked in the door all three times, we were greeted immediately by very present people at the front counter. They are always happy and engage in conversation. The doctor actually listens and allows you to give your own input instead of simply telling you his opinion. They also were great at helping us sort out our billing and gave actual answers based on previous customers when it came to our billing instead of the typical "I'm not sure, we will have to wait until your insurance company gets back to us". Efficiency: everyone on staff seems to be very knowledgeable about their job and is quick to give answers to questions. When we did the home sleep study, we had a few problems with the machine, but were able to get in contact with the people in the lab very quickly (at 10:30 at night) and they calmly told my husband what to do and even stayed on the line to make sure everything was working correctly. Lastly, my husband works a lot and often misses important calls, but Fusion Sleep was great at taking the time to call multiple times in order to make sure we knew his results and how to carry on from there. Overall, I am very pleased with our visit and would happily recommend using their business! read more

Not recommended at all! This facility gave me blatantly false info over the phone and the staff member was extremely hateful and rude! The doctor's and staff are great and very helpful. So glad I went!

I am very disappointed with my service I have received here. I have payed a Lot for my service. They have not been helpful. They seem to not be able to answer questions on the phone. No one said anything about 30 days read more

I've been quite satisfied with Fusion Sleep for the 6 or so years that I've been with them. I'm now in Virginia and they don't have an office near me, but I still plan to get my supplies from them. If i ever move to a place where a Fusion Sleep is nearby, I'll certainly go there. read more
