That section has been replaced with the Olive Mill's service bar. The retail shop has expanded - still the oils and vinegars that we know and love, but also other dry sundries like pasta, spices and seasonings. There's a little deli area with loaves of bread, focaccia, fresh cheese. And there's the spa merch - for soaps, balms, and the like. They still offer tours as well. The food is still outstanding. There is a lot of seating inside and out. But it does get VERY BUSY, so yes- during peak brunch hours it can be very hard to find a table. I don't go often enough, but love it every time I go.

WE had a BLAST Paul our instructor was great and explained step by step during the whole process and answered questions along the way, the finished product was Amazing we are planning on attending some of the other classes as they do a variety of others. FYI we used one secret ingredient that I'm not going to say but Wow, so go sign up for a class and sure you'll have just as much fun as we did this morning. They also have date night classes for couples that would be fun to do.

We made chicken piccata and when I say the experience was world class I truly mean it. There were 10 people in our class and it really gave us an intimate feel. Chef Paul and his family were so friendly and really welcomed you as a member of their family. A truly touching moment was at the end of class when we were plating our meals. When he arrived at our vacation home for the weekend, he was on time and he was prepared, he came with everything he needed. We were enjoying some music and playing bachelorette games while we waited and he danced along with us while in the kitchen cooking. He was so cool and he fit right in, it felt like a friend or family was cooking for us. While we waited anxiously because the smell of the food during preparation was so good, he gave us fresh guacamole and chips and salsa. He made this amazing street corn appetizer that I don't think I can live without. WOW! The steak and pulled chicken were both cooked to perfection. We had corn tortillas, hard shell, pico de gallo, rice and beans the absolute works, and every topping your heart could desire. We also had this delicious shrimp salad that was so colourful and yummy to our tummies. Everything was seasoned to perfection and prepared just right. Let's not forget the unbelievably tasty margarita he made, I mean I was in heaven, I wanted to bring him back to Atlanta. I found Travis on Yelp and he responded right away. Randomly I realized he looked familiar and was married to a friend from my youth!! The food was fantastic and they came early to set up while we were still at the game. We had babysitters wrangling 8 kids and the chef was unbothered while making his masterpieces.
