I have had very positive experiences with Fusion for several years, but especially with Tulin and Liz. They have gone out of their way to provide a beautiful, clean, environment for me and my clients, and have assisted with last-minute requests for meeting rooms, copying, scanning and printing. I am a notary, and recently had a client with very complex legal documents which required 38 notarized signatures and 2 witnesses, and Tulin and Liz stepped up to the plate to assist with being the witnesses. This place is a joke. They have issues with sewer gas that they mask with an insane amount of incense - enough to make your eyes water. They have quiet hours that they enforce by not allowing people to talk on their phones for more than 2 hours per day. They have an office manager whose is nosey, impolite, and litigious. I would not recommend signing a lease with them. read more

Me and fiancée rented a room this morning for a vetting interview process (group interview) we had mentioned to Tulin that it was going to be about 10 people & the receptionist in the front checked them in. Tulin mentioned that one of the interviewer's complained about it but that is not true because I was outside the hall near the meeting room entire time and I never heard anyone complain. From my experience as being a possible tenants, I personally felt that this was racial profile. We work directly with Costco & ATT. Retail and she mentioned how we were a pyramid scheme which personally I don't think is a correct term to discriminate us from becoming future renters. We paid $75 dollars for the use of the office and right when Tulim calls my fiancé she states "you will not receive a refund but unfortunately for the work you do we can't have you here." Hope no one else experiences this in the near future. read more

Get your work done fast, here! Move-in ready so you don't waste time with furnishings or decorations if you can't spare all that. They have full reception, a modern, friendly, hip vibe. It is very well managed, very clean, and kept up in the nicest way. All-inclusive. Wide array of options available at any budget. The only drawback so far is they don't offer a Registered Agent Service if you are in business-formation mode, but you can get plenty of those in Delaware for cheap. That's the only reason - because with Palm Desert, CA business formation paperwork, it's just easier if your office address is the same as your registered agent. If you choose to be here full-time, that won't be an issue for you at all. Love love love love love this business. It's quickly becoming my "better home" away from home. The ability to focus without distraction is such a game-changer for my business. I can get projects complete in 1-2 days while I'm at this office that would have taken a full week working from home. For me, that means I can service more clients, and make more money at 2-3x my "normal" rate. That math adds up to my business's and family's benefit. My membership has only lasted a little over a month so far, but I tend to be there 2-3 days per week in one of the meeting rooms. By the time my 3 month contract here is over, I'll be on track to be making over twice what I made before becoming a member here. Definitely planing on resigning or upgrading to a private office option within the year or coming closer to full-time. I started a freelance writing service business because I wanted to be able to work from home, as a mother of 4, and it worked out ok at home, but between the children's constant requirements for tending, the laundry, meals, and dishes, not enough work was getting done to sustain the business. Due to Covid19 family upheavals, a change was necessary for us. With my ADHD it was just impossible to focus on working while homeschooling kids and looking after toddlers. I looked at 3 different office shares and Fusion Workplaces was a hands-down favorite by far. The location is central to business life in Palm Desert, with many options for lunch restaurants close by, even delivery offered through their site. I chose an hourly per-month package that fit with our budget, which would allow for a part-time schedule, and I have already made more than what we spent for the space just by using it wisely. Little touches make this place feel super luxe - such as mouthwash, etc. in the bathroom for when you have coffee breath, coffee and tea offered, water or tea service offered for meetings, Izze drinks for members stocked in the fridge, a convenient mailbox in the hallway near the printer and mailing center. The people here are friendly, and it's a fun atmosphere. I look forward to coming to work here. read more
