It's a layered, multi-use space made up of small shops, boutiques, home décor, and curated goods that invite you to wander rather than rush. What makes it stand out, at least for me, is that it feels intentionally designed for the way people actually live and work now. As someone who is constantly looking for places where I can sit down with my laptop and get real work done while in transit, this checks a very specific box. Not just "can I sit here," but can I actually stay, focus, and be productive without feeling out of place. That's rare. They've gone a step further by building out proper workspaces and collaborating with Regus, which gives it a level of legitimacy beyond the typical café-with-WiFi setup. It feels like a place that understands the digital nomad mindset rather than just catering to it on the surface. Then there's the rooftop. Fully serviced, flexible, and surprisingly elevated for Palm Springs. This isn't a city known for vertical spaces, so being up there, looking out while still feeling connected to what's happening below, creates a perspective you don't really get elsewhere in town. It manages to feel both removed and right in the middle of everything at the same time. For Palm Springs, it's genuinely one of a kind.

Excellent Property Management Company -- Highly Recommended…read more We have had a wonderful experience with All County Desert Property Management managing our residential rental property. From the very beginning, Lisa, the owner and manager, has been extremely professional, friendly, honest, and very clear about everything. She explained the process from the start, and once we signed the management agreement, Lisa and her team took care of everything for us. They found a good tenant for our property very quickly, prepared all the necessary paperwork, and handled the entire rental process professionally. Since then, they have continued to manage the property, communicate with the tenant, address any issues or lease violations, and take care of all the difficult and time-consuming details that come with being a landlord. I also want to especially mention the **fantastic staff in their office**. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly, responsive, professional, and helpful. It really feels like Lisa has built a great team around her, and whenever we need something, they are there to help. We are extremely happy with Lisa, her staff, and All County Desert Property Management. They have made owning a rental property much easier and less stressful for us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who owns a residential rental property and is looking for a reliable and professional company to find tenants and manage their property. Thank you, Lisa and the entire team, for taking such good care of our property!

Once I decided to move forward, the leasing process was completely automated online and absolutely painless. Everything was clear, convenient, and efficient, no stress at all, which made a big difference during a very busy time. When it came time to pick up my keys, there was a small miscommunication on my part, but the property management team was incredibly understanding and gracious, allowing me to pick the keys up a couple of days later without any issue. After moving in, I noticed quite a few repairs that needed to be addressed, the kind of things you only notice once you start living in a place. I was a bit nervous about how the property management company would respond, but they completely exceeded my expectations. Every request I made was handled quickly and professionally. The maintenance team was friendly, respectful, and made the whole process incredibly easy. Now that I'm settled in, I couldn't be happier. My neighbors have been welcoming and friendly, and the apartment truly feels like home. I'm so glad I made this move, this experience has been nothing short of 5 stars!

This is the closest you will get to owning your own place, and it really feels like a "home". The rent price is a great value when compared to other similar apartment complexes near by. The amenities really are great. The gym is fantastic and has everything you need for a good workout, including multiple Peleton bikes, treadmills, free weights and cables. There are 2 pool areas and both are well kept. We have friends over often and always show off the main pool area and get cozy with the private cabanas and grills provided. It's very scenic with the palm tree collection and mountainous backdrop and makes for great photos. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, the maintenance service is has a modern touch, as all requests are submitted directly from their website. Never a hastle, the front desk does a great job giving a courtesy call prior to the Maintenice guys coming and once here, they are very professional, well mannered and knowledgeable. This is a big one for me, as my last apartment the Maintenice was AlWAYS a drag! Special shout out to Antonio for always going above and beyond to provide great service. He goes out of his way to make sure everything is taken care of and then some. With staff like Antonio on property, this place is a dream rental. Vlad

A faulty, non-code-compliant water-heater installation led to mold / water damage, forcing our family to live elsewhere for over two weeks. The City of La Quinta issued a Cease-and-Desist / Stop Work Order, yet management still charges full rent and utilities while part of our home remains sealed off under a mold-containment tent. We've received no lab results or proof that our unit is habitable, and communication from management has been nearly nonexistent. This is unacceptable and unsafe for any paying tenant. We are reserving all rights under California Civil Code § 1941.1 and § 1942, which require landlords to keep units habitable and give tenants remedies when they do not.
