Sandra Quinn is that realtor! Sandra took care of us with optimism, energy, incredible competence, local insight, empathy and patience. Her work didn't stop when our house closed, she continued (and continues) to provide us with a network of support to make the transition truly successful. It takes a village to successfully create a new life in a new location and Sandra Quinn was our village. I cannot recommend her and her team enough!

Like many buyers, I began my vacation home search by closely monitoring new listings on Zillow. While I looked at many properties, nothing ever seemed to come together. Eventually, I reached out to Sandra, and that decision quickly led to an opportunity I never would have found on my own. Once we decided to make an offer, I assumed that with 42 years of sales experience, I would be calling the shots. Boy, was I wrong--in the best possible way. Sandra was masterful in her relationship with the seller's agent, and every potential obstacle was addressed quickly and professionally. Her experience and negotiation skills were invaluable throughout the process. After our offer was accepted, I was introduced to the Sandra Quinn Team. Escrow closed quickly, and the entire team went above and beyond to welcome us to our new home. I can't say enough about Joan Adams, Sandra's sister. The transition of the home was handled so smoothly, and they made the entire process easy, especially since we were living out of town. It was truly seamless. The home we purchased had a couple of years' worth of deferred maintenance, and we were eager to move in quickly to enjoy the final months of spring. Sandra and her team introduced us to several contractors who exceeded our expectations. Every one of them responded promptly--often the same day or within 24 hours. Not only were they highly skilled in their trades, but they were also friendly, professional, and very reasonably priced. Overall, this was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandra Quinn and her team to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in Palm Springs. Their professionalism, local knowledge, and commitment to their clients are second to none. I would never use anyone else in the Palm Springs area.

From the very beginning she took every opportunity to learn about what exactly we were looking for and she delivered. She researched, scheduled and met with various contractors, and always took intuitive without us even having to ask. We live in San Diego, but wanted to buy ourselves a vacation home in Palm Springs. She guided us through the pros and cons of the different cities in the desert. When touring homes she was very sunny and friendly to be around, but would always have an eye for detail and quality in the homes. She helped us find our dream home and soothed our worries when we were stressing out during the negotiations and escrow process. Because of her advice, we paid $30,000 less than we expected for the home. We appreciate Brenda's knowledge and kindness so much. Working with Brenda Devlin at Windermere Real Estate was extremely disappointing…read more Communication was inconsistent, and instead of pursuing new, qualified buyers in a down market, she continued to entertain repeated offers from the same buyers--which were repeatedly withdrawn. This wasted valuable time and momentum. The MLS listing was also poorly handled. Photos included an unmade bed and a cluttered office, which reflected badly on the property and showed little effort or professional guidance on presentation. Even though we were told to de-personalize the home, we felt she went too far and stripped it of any warmth or character, making it less inviting to buyers. In the end, we sold for over $100,000 less than the asking price in part due to frustration and how the listing was being managed. To make matters worse, she was representing both us (the sellers) and the buyer. When we asked her to reduce her commission given the dual role and disappointing outcome, she refused. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Brenda Devlin to anyone seeking reliable, professional representation.

In my experience, she seemed far more interested in making money than actually helping her clients find the right home. The way she treated people was completely unacceptable and left a very negative impression. A Realtor is supposed to advocate for their clients, communicate professionally, and help make an already stressful process easier. Instead, my experience was the complete opposite. I felt there was very little genuine concern for the client and far too much focus on personal financial interests. I would NEVER work with her again, and based on my experience, I would not recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor they can trust. Owning a real estate business doesn't excuse poor behavior, disrespect, or a complete lack of professionalism. This was not simply a bad experience--it was an eye-opening example of how important it is to choose a Realtor who actually values their clients and treats people with basic respect. Extremely disappointing. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I would give zero stars if that were an option.

I am extremely pleased to have chosen the Brandt Group to lead and complete our search for the perfect home and I am happy to say that from my perspective, all their 5 star reviews are legit and well earned. I initially sent through a generic contact request via their Contact Us page and received a reply within a couple hours from Jeff & Linda letting me know they'd love to help us with our relocation (from Seattle) and to let me know that their group's primary buyer's agent (and the person who knew the most about everything for sale in the Valley) was son Jonathan. I was told to expect to hear from him the following day, which I did. We had several phone calls discussing our needs and desires and then I began receiving emails identifying various possibilities in and around our target parameters. These auto-generated emails were the same thing I had already been pulling down from Redfin and Zillow and very quickly, we were able to narrow the parameters down to several options we wanted to see in person. We informed Jonathan of when we'd be in town and he set up a tour of 6-8 different homes in 5-6 different country clubs. As we toured each development and each home, he quickly got a feel for exactly what we were looking for and during that first trip, we decided we wanted to move to the Rancho La Quinta CC. From that point onward for the next couple weeks, Jonathan kept us up to speed with RLQ options that were good targets and when he learned there was a new listing coming that he felt was right for us, he arranged with the selling agent to get early access and we did a FaceTime walk-through. As that option looked like a good possibility and at that time, there were several others that were good options too, I scheduled another trip to the desert. Jonathan picked me up at PSP and as Jeff had some spare time, he met us at the first showing and the three of us spent the day touring four homes and having lunch at the RLQ clubhouse. Spending the day at RLQ further solidified my desire to limit our choices to that development. During lunch, we agreed the homes we'd seen that day were not exactly what I was looking for and that we'd keep looking. I then asked if we could go take another look at one of the homes we'd seen on our first visit. I wanted to do that because when we toured it originally, my wife and I agreed it was the perfect home, but priced out of our range. I wanted to take another look to see if it still seemed to be perfect and to consider upping our price range. Jonathan got ahold of the selling agent and they agreed to meet us at the home. We walked through the home and it was as I remembered. I just wasn't sure about the price. Jeff agreed it seemed a bit high and at that point, I asked him to let the selling agent know we loved the home and to let us know when they were ready to get serious about the price. Fast forward two weeks . . . a fair price was negotiated, the seller desired a quick closing due to some family commitments, and we closed on the home in under 14 days from contract acceptance. Through it all, Jeff and Jonathan were calm, professional, down to earth, and extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. They provided an out-of-towner with the insight and information garnered through their 25+ years in the Valley where in fact, Jonathan grew up. They filled me in on the windy vs. calm areas; morning sun vs. afternoon sun; the various mountain views; the expensive power company areas vs. the reasonable power company areas; etc. It was clear they understood and desired to build a relationship and a friendship along with their desire to close on a home. They achieved in all aspects of our relationship. As an out-of-town buyer who was not able to move in at close, they have been invaluable in stopping by the home to check in. When the seller left, they had left 12-15 pieces of furniture in the home due to a misunderstanding with their agent. Once we learned this, Jeff and Jonathan arranged to have the remaining personal property removed and donated. The Brandt Group, and especially what I refer to as the J&J Team exceeded all hopes and expectations and I am happy to call them my first friends in the Valley. I am happy to write this letter with the hope others will believe that all the 5 star reviews are truly legit and well earned.
