Tiffany is the best! I've had two dermaplaning appointments with her and both times I left relaxed and glowing. I'm 69 years old with problematic skin. Tiffany is extremely knowledgeable and I feel extremely comfortable going to her for all skin problems. I felt so nurtured and pampered, and the massage was heavenly. I'm really looking forward to my next appointment! read more

I stumbled upon Fusion Spa while looking for a place in NYC to remove a stubborn milia on my eyelid. I had tried home remedies as well as removing it myself without any success, and though it was a tiny hard bump on the crease of my eyelid located on the inner corner of my eye (very difficult location), it bothered me every morning when I do my skincare routine (or wake up next to a handsome man even if he probably doesn't notice it ) The glowing review for Tiffany's work caught my attention so I decided to trust her with my eye. I was nervous as it's in an important area.. I would hate for scarring, accidental trimming of my lashes, or worse an accident to my vision to occur. Scheduling was easy. Tiffany was flexible and responsive and reachable through text/calls. Upon arriving, I felt comfortable in the cleanliness of the place. Tiffany's skin also immediately caught my attention as it looked SO healthy, even, and glowing! When she told me her age and that she had no make up on, I think my jaw dropped. I wanted to know all her secrets to looking more than a decade younger (at least!) The procedure went by smoothly. A little pinch, nothing intolerable, and voila! When I looked in the mirror only a small flat red dot was visible to me (which disappeared by the end of the day). No one would ever know that a milia was once removed by looking at my eye UP-CLOSE. I was overjoyed with the result! I definitely recommend anyone with milia to visit Tiffany. As for myself, I'm looking forward to trying other services from Fusion Spa and learning some anti-aging tips from Tiffany read more

Customized service in a private building and spotless, yeah! Excellent facial and very knowledgeable; happy to find a new esthetician.

Great experience my skin was so smooth & soft afterward I kept touching my face (not recommended lol) and change was instantly noticeable. Tiffany was thorough, informative & gave free mini samples of aftercare products. Ladies I would recommend NOT doing this service with the 5-7 days before or after your period and also being nice to your face (i.e. gentle products, no scrubs, etc) your skin is quite sensitive. read more

I researched dermaplaning and liked Fusion Spa's Yelp reviews and website best - locality was a factor too. Tiffany is so pleasant and made me feel so welcomed with tea. She has such positive and warm energy. The space is clean and quiet. The building is a doorman building and well maintained. The procedure was great - I felt comfortable and I like the difference from microdermabrasion. Drink lots of water leading up so your skin is not and hydrated to help the scraping. It's great that she also did my neck as well. I also purchased the Osmosis cleaning and moisturizer lotions which smell incredible. Tiffany also checked in with me after the procedure to see how my skin was doing - no one has ever done that it's a nice touch. I didn't feel rushed or solicited for upsells either. I received nothing for my review. read more

Wonderful and wondrous! I love going to a spa that knows how to do facials right and I have found my NYC facial home! :) Tiffany is excellent at what she does and has years of experience as well! Her skin is flawless and she is gorgeous!! Having a Esthetician who walks the walk and talks the talk is a real deal in my book! I would not take advice nor allow someone to touch my face unless they were flawless like Tiffany! You know she has a passion for what she does and is very well educated about the products she uses and about overall skin care/health as well! You will feel it and see it!!! Her holistic approach to how she treats and interacts with clients is evident!! Love her!! The facial I selected was due to traveling for a few months and was much needed!! I'm so glad I came here over the other salons in NYC. She was recommended to me by another Esthetician in NYC due to this Esthetician's schedule of being on vacation at the time when I needed an appointment. It says something when other Estheticians recommend another in the business!! I'm so glad I booked my facial with Tiffany! She is so thorough and really went above and beyond to address any concerns and areas that I had on my face due to traveling. She went over every pore and took care of a stubborn milium that was on my upper eyelid area as well! She found a few more milia on my cheekbone and made them disappear! I'm impressed with that skill work!! She even does the inside and around of the ears, too! Talk about being thorough! She found a blackhead in the crevice/upper part of my ear that NO ONE has ever touched or seen before till her!! It was probably there for years but she took care of it!!! I know that sounds gross to some but to me, that's attention to detail!! I appreciate it!! She spent extra time for the much needed extractions to unclog my pores and she did so with precision and ease! I enjoyed my facial and my skin has too!! The products she uses, of which I use personally at home, were fantastic! So fresh, clean, and hydrated!! She doesn't push product and her emphasis is more about the education of your skin care routine and maintaining the results/goals you are wanting to get. She gave tips and product example that I could purchase elsewhere and on my own. She even tried to give away a product bag to me since she had extra! So nice!! Overall, I'm really impressed from every interaction with her; her website, my communication with her, her location in the city, her options in spa services, her products she uses, her skill set, her prices, her bedside/table demeanor, her personality, and so much more! I could go on and on!!! I would recommend her to anyone in the area in NYC whether you live here or are just visiting!! She is the best!! 10 out of 10 stars!! **Oh, and since Houston, Texas is home for me now and I'm looking for someone who is just as qualified as her, she sent me a contact in the area for a skilled Esthetician in Houston based on a discerning client of hers from the area. Talk about following through on something I mentioned in the facial appointment and going above and beyond for a client!!! Thank you, Tiffany!! read more

Tiffany is the only person I allow to touch my face. The whole experience at Fusion Spa is wonderful - relaxing & serene. I've been going to Tiffany for about a year now and my skin has never looked better. Seriously. She is more clinical than "fluff", really knows her stuff, takes her time and explains her process, and is never product-pushy. I highly suggest getting the add-on massage because it's incredibly relaxing. I've sent several friends to her and suggest you go, too. read more

I first heard about Fusion Spa through Prettycity.com and read lots of great reviews about it. I've never gotten a facial so I didn't know what to expect besides what my "experienced facial friends" have told me. I got the Express Facial and my skin looked/felt AMAZING! *angels singing* Tiffany really took the time to examine and understand my skin. She got rid of so much dirt off my face and help repair the damage I've done to my skin over the years. She was very detailed and really felt like she knew what she was doing. The the whole experience was relaxing and will definitely be coming back again. read more

Background: I used to get facials in my teens, and I had not had one done in years. My skin is not particularly problematic, but with Tiffany's magic touch I went from good skin to great skin. I came into Tiffany's spa and I loved the atmosphere: very clean and elegant. She sat me down and took a history. I came in because my coupon was going to expire. I had considered getting the microdermabrasion but then told her I wanted something more natural. I think she did the Signature Fusion Facial. It started out with lots of deliciously aromatic serums... So pleasant! The extraction part was painful but I got used to it. Then she used the high frequency, which I was not expecting and I know nothing about. Tiffany did my brows: she used tweezers (thank goodness!), preserved the shape and just cleaned it all up. The result is very aesthetically pleasing. I would recommend this salon as Tiffany is very thorough and knowledgeable. She gave me samples of the Dermalogica line and they are the best, I think I'm going to buy the whole package! read more

Lisa has changed my skin! I've been seeing Lisa for facials for a while (even prior to her working at Fusion Spa) and I have always thought of her as a skin expert. When she left her prior spa, I was devastated because I coulnd't locate her! I tried other facialists but they were never as good as Lisa. So I am so glad to have found Lisa again and now working at Fusion Spa. I have combination skin, though more oily (sometimes bumpy), and clogs easily while certain areas have dry patches, so I've been getting facials to try to clear it. I've been to many facialists and no matter what treatment they gave me, my skin would inevitably go back to its normal texture and clog again. After seeing Lisa a couple of times, she came up with a regimen for my skin. And I am happy to say that after following her regimen (nothing crazy, just some products for the face before bedtime) my skin has completely transformed! It's so much softer and clearer than before. I feel years younger! I can't recomment Lisa enough. She got to know my skin and figured out which products I needed and helped me establish a routine that actually worked! She is patient with my endless questions about products (there is just so much out there!) and never pushes me to buy anything. She gives me samples before I buy (so I don't waste money on a product that might not agree with my skin.) My skin feels better than it did a couple of years ago! She really is a skin care expert! I still go to Lisa every 4-6 weeks for my facials and I have never been happier with my skin! It's so clear and supple - even my husband noticed! Thanks Lisa! read more

Amazing facial ever! This was the first time I ever got a facial. My skin feels great!!! I left with a fresh glow, soft skin, and clean pores. Lisa really takesher time explaining everything she will be doing after inspecting your skin. She has gentle hands and extractions were painless at least to me they were. Lisa constantly checked to make sure if I was doing okay. Lisa is just awesome. She is extremely friendly, passionate about what she does, and very focused on making you comfortable. The facility is very clean, cozy and comfortable. I will definitely return! It was such a great experience and I would definitely go back for another facial. Highly recommended! Thank you so much :) read more

This is the best experience I've had with skincare! I have struggled with breakouts on my back for a number of years and walked away from Fusion Spa with a better sense of where the root of my problems stemmed from and what steps to take in my daily life to improve my skin. Lisa helped me through the less than comfortable extraction process by distracting me with amazing conversation. She is friendly and knowledgeable about skin care. I walked away feeling as relaxed as if I had had a massage, but knowing that my longstanding breakouts were finally meeting there maker. Thanks Lisa!! read more

I have been going to Lisa for 6+ years now and she does an excellent job! I always leave with my skin glowing, she gives me great advice on products and she is very knowledgable. She's also a total pleasure to deal with. Scheduling is convenient, I can email her and ask her questions about my skin and she is never ever pushy about selling me products etc. I don't even live in NYC anymore but I still come back to get my facials from Lisa. I also like that the spa is a small, personal establishment. I find it so much more pleasant than going to a big salon. I highly recommend Fusion Spa. read more

I used my Bloomspot coupon for a blueberry smoothie facial. I would say the facial was okay. The whole experience was nothing special. The spa is located in the New Yorker Hotel which is rundown, so it isn't the best first impression walking into the spa. I see all the other reviews had Tiffany whom I did not have. It was a mediocore experience and I wouldn't recommend to friends or go back. I think there are better spa facials available in NYC. read more

I have been going to Tiffany for over two years now and cannot trust anyone else with my skin and brows! Pricey but absolutely worth it once you see how amazing your skin looks after a facial. Expect amazing extractions and bright skin. FS is no nonsense and for those serious about clean, flawless skin. read more

Going to Tiffany or Lisa at Fusion Spa is as good as it gets. Tiffany has created a relaxing and wonderful experience as they tend to your skin. She is by far the most talented and informed aesthetician that I've ever been to. But at the end of the day, it's all about the results. My skin has never looked better. I literally lose 10 years every time I leave there. She personalizes the best treatments for my skin and stays current on all the latest techniques and technologies. The effect ends up to be cumulative as she always refers back to what was done at the previous appointment. I am a loyal, longtime customer and I recommend her highly. read more

My dermaplaning appt with Lisa was wonderful. The facilities are clean and inviting. The treatment was relaxing and I loved my skin afterward. Will definitely be back for regular dermaplaning and to try their other services. Cannot recommend this place enough! read more

Tiffany has been taking care of my skin (and my health) for years now. Her wealth of knowledge does not stop at just the skin. She educates me on holistic remedies, how to take care of my body and cure my ailments. As for the skin, she is about the most knowledgeable experienced skin care guru in the business. She keeps current on new products and services and is a resource for any questions I may have about procedures and regimen. She does extractions which is hard to come by in our city. One needs to be qualified and experienced to be able to do extractions. I would never have a facial or get a facial that does not include extractions. I have not had a blemish in years and my pores could not be less visible. read more

I got a 50 minute back treatment coupon from gilt city. However, only got 20 minutes treatment by Tiffany. Never had a spa experience for 20 minutes. read more

Had my first dermaplaning done here and it was fantastic! The results were great and the mini neck and shoulder massage was off the charts!!! The space is small but very clean and comfortable. I will definitely be back! read more

I picked Tiffany after reading so many great reviews....They are on target! She is sweet, kind and beautiful as well as flawless skin! It was my first time getting dermaplaning. I felt extremely confident with Tiffany and was very happy with the results! I will definitely recommend her and will go back! read more

I cannot say enough good things about Fusion Spa. I have been going every few months for over two years now, and every time I go Tiffany does wonders to my face. The spa is located in an office building by Columbus Circle, very easy to get to. The space is cozy and zen, and you will feel relaxed as soon as you come in. Tiffany is just amazing. It's very easy to book an appointment with her, and she always tries her best to work around your schedule, even if it's last minute. She takes genuine interest in her clients, always taking notes on the products you use, your diet, your routine, etc. And she always remembers even the most random details. She recommends some products that she sells at the spa but never pushes them on me, and she usually gives me some samples so I can try them out first. I never have a set treatment that I want to get when I go, I trust Tiffany completely to do whatever she thinks it's necessary at the time and she's always spot on. Whatever facial/treatment I get is always 5 stars. The whole experience is very easy and relaxing. Tiffany provides you with a clean towel that you can change into, the room is always warm, and she makes sure you're always comfortable. The background music a great complement to the experience, allowing me to really let myself go and enjoy the moment. None of the treatments have been painful, even the extractions. Although the extractions can be uncomfortable at times, Tiffany is a pro at getting them out seamlessly and never digs too deeply. She also walks you through the whole treatment, always letting you know what's coming next and what it should feel like. After we're done, my skin always looks and feels amazing, and I feel like a whole new person. Fusion Spa really is a wonderful place where you can get personalized service, excellent and reasonably priced treatments, and an esthetician who cares about you. Highly recommend it! read more

I've been coming to Fusion Spa for years, when it was previously located in a hotel around 34th st. The current location is right near Columbus Circle, which is convenient. I've had facials from Tiffany & Lisa, but I consistently return to Lisa Shannon. She is so knowledgable about most product lines (high end and lower, and organic/natural as well as more medical lines), & she has the perfect touch-which is so important with facials & massage. Lisa also has a chill/calming vibe that is exactly what I want when I step in from my hectic day. Unlike most spas I've been to, she'll spend as much time with you as your face needs, rather than rushing or skipping things, so I never feel rushed here. Just make sure you plan more than an hour if your face needs it. The bed in the room is soooo cozy too-sometimes I wish I could book it longer to take an extended nap! read more

My 17 year old son went here yesterday, and was very impressed by Tiffany's knowledge. He was happy that she explained what she was doing, and he had confidence in her ability. He also commented on how beautiful her skin was, and that she seemed to practice what she preached when it came to skincare. He has already told me that he will be going back! read more

I read a lot of great reviews on Fusion Spa before going, and I can say with some assurance that they are all true- Tiffany is a gifted aesthetician: knowledgeable, gentle, and thorough. My skin took a royal beating this winter, but after my facial with Tiffany, it looks better than ever. I've even been wearing less makeup as a result. read more

I was referred to Fusion from my electrologist, who used her services as well. After going to Mario Badescu for 2 years, I am so happy to have found Tiffany. She spends extra time making sure you leave with skin that is clean and unclogged. Extractions suck no matter what, but at least I feel like I'm in great hands. She preaches hydration and cleansing - and I'm definitely seeing the results and hearing the praise. read more

I heard about Fusion Spa from a very good friend of mine. She always had problem skin but ever since she started going to Fusion her skin is crystal clear and radiant. She is someone who has tried every type of product out there (including antibiotics and expensive dermatologists). I started breaking out due to stressful situations and now my skin is on it's way to being clear and probably better than it was before!! I feel 10 pounds lighter because of all the dirt Lisa removed from my pores during my very first visit. So relaxing, pleasant, and comfortable. I've already recommended Fusion to anyone that would listen. Thank you Lisa. !! Can't wait to go again. read more

I thought Tiffany was amazing. She did a great job and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been trying for years to find someone to treat my Sebaceous hyperplasia. I have been discouraged by many Dermatologist and skin care professionals. I finally found Tiffany. After the first treatment I saw significant results. After each treatment my skin is my h better. She is so easy to talk with and I find each.visit more and more enjoyable. I would recommend her highly. She is the ultimate professional while making you feel comfortable and relaxed. You will always be in good hands with Tiffany. She is caring and understanding. I wish everyone in my life was like her. If you care about your skin, go to see Tiffany. It will be the best Investment in your health and appearance you could ever make. read more

I've been going to Tiffany since 2001 and would never have a facial anywhere else. She's obsessed with skin care. Her facials are packed with extras and were she not the worlds greatest aesthetician she'd be the worlds greatest massage therapist. Her reflexology is insanely good. My husband has gone to her for years as well. She's simply amazing. and also happens to be lovely to be around. knows when you want to chat or when you need to chill. Adore her. and my skin is great thanks to her. read more

Today was my first facial with Tiffany and I will definitely be going back. Fusion spa is an oasis from the bustle of NYC. I've been going to Lisa since the opening on Fusion and continues to work magic on my skin! She is very patient and designs her facials according to your skin condition. My skin has been taking a beating from continuous travels and I have Lisa to thank for revitalizing it. I've visited many spas all over the world and Lisa is one of the best and I've referred my friends to see her so they can witness Lisa's magic for themselves. There are so many spas in the city, but Fusion is outstanding in terms of the location, quaint atmosphere and the expertise of Lisa. I go straight to Lisa as soon as I return from one of my international travels. You have to check it out for yourself! read more

Believe the hype! My bf bought me a yelp gift certificate. I used it to get the fusion facial. Lisa did my facial. She was great and cleaned my face so good. I had tons of blackheads on my nose. She was also gave great advise to help me keep it clean. The place is small but nice. I had no issues with the set up. Don't give up if no one answers your phone call when you try to reserve an appointment. Leave a message and they will get back to you asap. Also emailing them works better! read more

Facial from fusion spa has ruined my skin. I have those dark pigmentation lifted on my skin. N i got eczema even after that facial. My skin is red n burn all the time. Now i can't use any facial wash on ma face even those designed for the sensitive skin. I can't go out no matter how much sun screen i wear. Its more than a month n ma skin is hell still. I m getting those new scars( there scars are coming out of nowwhere without any pimple etc ( im nt using any other thing after facial so its nt due to my products) n then i came to know that its a side effect of RF she used. I wish she hasn't used that on ma face .although i asked her to do extractions only. about that RF plz study on internet and also ask ur dermatologits. I wished i have done that before. Still i m shocked how could she use something on ur face without discussing possible side effects. Plz have a knowledge before going there n save ur skin from destroy forever. read more

There are very few places that I return again and again (and even fewer that I'd actually take the time to write a review) but this is definitely one of them. I've been seeing Lisa at Fusion Spa every few months since 2012 due to my acne prone skin. Lisa has worked with me through diet recommendations, facials and skin care products to clear up my skin and it has never looked better! (At some point, I even considered going on Accutane and am so glad I was able to avoid it.) The spa is located in an office building just off Columbus Circle and is easily accessible by subway. The space itself is quite cozy, stocked with a few healthy snacks, and tea to get you through the colder months. Appointments are also easy to book. I'll usually send Lisa an email a couple days before I need an appointment and she'll do her best to work with my schedule. At the beginning of my appointments, Lisa will take a look at my skin to determine what treatments I need. Throughout the treatment, she'll check up on me to make sure the products are reacting with my skin as they should. Whether we're catching up on weekend plans/new music or I'm catching up on sleep while she works on my skin, every appointment is enjoyable and one that I look forward to. If you need a little extra help with your skin or just want to give it a little TLC, don't hesitate to book an appointment with Lisa at Fusion Spa! She is absolutely wonderful and will work her magic on your skin. read more

I spent years trying to find a great place for a facial. Tiffany is amazing - I wouldn't go anywhere else! My skin is always glowing when I leave and for weeks after. She will recommend products but never push you to purchase which I love. And her neck and shoulder massage is fabulous. She's the best! read more

Tiffany is phenomenal. Her dermaplaning is not only the best deal in the city (given all the extra treatments and small perks she throws in), but also the best quality. When I've done dermaplaning and facials at other places in the past, I've tended to find aestheticians to be lacking either in focus (e.g., missing spots and ignoring small details) or in bedside manner (i.e., so type A/focused that they end up stressing me out more than relaxing me!). Not the case with Tiffany. She's extremely knowledgeable, professional, and detail oriented, but she's also very thoughtful and soothing. Definitely going back in the future! read more

I have super sensitive skin prone to breakouts and have always been nervous to trust anyone with it. Lisa put me at ease and did the most incredible job with choosing the right facial for me. It was a very relaxing experience, and very thorough -- the next day, I couldn't BELIEVE how amazing my skin looked!! And a week later, it's still glowing. Smooth, soft, with a significant reduction in pore size. I'm so impressed. Can't wait to go back. read more

I have been going to Fusion Spa for years and I can't rave enough about Lisa. When I first started coming, my face was full of terrible acne.
