Usually when paying cash at a majority of the shops they don't change the price after you take your money out ^he then said $6. So it's not $1 for tax on $5 but "OK". I personally will confirm the other review left here are also accurate ^ he changes the price. This is a simple mistake I hope, BECAUSE there are A LOT of Smoke Shops available pretty nearby. He was nice enough with the simple exchange. Not the cleanest shop, he needs to clean the carpets or replace the flooring because the outside is really nice; the inside should be also. IMO. The smoke shops now are super high end and offer a lot. So Honest Business is Good Business. Let's do better

My friend wanted a new piece so I shopped around and the associate was happy to show me anything specific that I wanted to check out more. He engaged in conversation and was very helpful in answering all my questions. I didn't know much about the piece so he made some recommendations. My experience overall was just fine. He was sure to thank us for stopping in and even asked a bit about ourselves when he was ringing up our order. Some tips to make the experience even better? Covid precaution signage inside/outside the shop and to have music playing. WOW This is probably one of the Dumbest comments I've ever heard out of anyone 's mouth whom is running a Public Business. Frankly, private or public, still Equally dumb thing to say to anyone, much less a customer. It actually demonstrates low class and lack of simple business knowledge. Everyone in the business world understands- just like Apple Understands- Google Understands, you can never have enough customers. Then your business dies and so does your profits. So, arrogant mixed with stupidity, super bad combo for a business owner. The Shop wasn't the cleanest. Based off his publicly made comments, not sure how the guy is even open and in business. This is my first Ever 1 Star Review, over 340 reviews... (to best of my knowledge, I don't believe I've given 1 Star). so I take my comments seriously! Avoid these jerks. "They have enough customers and don't need your business." Yikes. There's a nice Vape Smoke shop across the street . Several very nice places both east or west on Roosevelt Road as well.
