Because they have no customer service at all. No email at all, and they do not answer the given phone number. Also the phone number is the same number for every location. I bought a bottle of liquid that was badly mixed (it happens). Since I know no shop will return it, my only option is complain to customer service and maybe get the company can make changes so it won't happen again. Not a chance. This yelp review is my only hope at possibly getting Vaperz to have see they can't ignore their customers and expect to stay in business. (Original review) I'm 5 starring these guys because the other vape shops nearby are not nearly as good. The house brand Airbender is a great liquid and very reasonably priced. Guys are friendly and genuinely care about the vaping community. I live in Cicero and this is my Go-To place. I have yet to buy any hardware here, so my review could change, but I am optimistic! Cheers!

However; recently I purchased "DogWalkers" pre rolls. They were completely stale. Oh no. This only happened once. When I returned and mentioned it to the cashier it was a "oh well" response. Mmm . Maybe if she looked me up in the system and saw I've been a customer- there should have been a different and better outcome with that.
