Turns out he installed the current alarm system 20 years ago as the house was being built. We agreed on a system with updated technology and capabilities at a very reasonable price and he came out with his expert installers a few days later and I cannot be more pleased. I absolutely recommend Tim's Alarms for home & business security systems. Nothing beats an exceptional local business that cares about their customers and their work before, during and after the sale!

I had heard such great things about this company…read more As a scared mom whose daughter's car was broken into in her driveway last night, I want to make her safer. I don't know why this company is so uninterested in helping a scared young woman. I would have paid whatever they wanted, changed monitoring companies, agreed to every recommendation they made. When it's your child there are no limits. Marsha, the owner, seemed more interested in finding reasons why the company wasn't right for me than actually listening to what I wanted and was willing to pay for. As soon as she found out I have an existing security system, she just kept telling she can't touch it (I bought equipment myself, not company supplied) even when I tried to tell her that I am open to changing monitoring companies, not locked into a contract, she kept saying we can't help you, call your monitoring company--it was like she was so busy telling me no that she wasn't listening to me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND service not at all what I expected Mark me really disappointed

He was very thorough. He worked efficiently but did not rush. His rates were very reasonable for all of the work he did. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. I never thought I would be so thankful to come back home and have our power back on. Thank you, Angel! You might have just become our go-to electrician!

The end result was very well done and everything was labeled for future reference. I couldn't be happier and anticipate safe and trouble free use of the EV charger plug in for the years to come. I highly recommend Hi-Line Electrical.
