I was practically gnawing at the air on my way in. I admit a quick small squeal squeaked out as I approached the steaming meats selection. I asked for "just a bit, please" and was encouraged to try the whiskey sauce. I did drizzle that on there! When I settled in my seat I picked around my other treats first, so as to save what I hoped was the best for last. The brisket. My first bite caused my eyes to shoot wide open, just so flavorful and warm how it comes! Second bite, with sauce. I took a slightly larger bite than before. I knew what was coming!
