Not a place I would recommend to my worst enemy. Service department writer for heavy duty trucks is not proficient at their job. I called 11 times over a two week span and just received a call back saying there is nothing they can do to fix their mistake. I called so many times without a return call that I became embarrassed for them. I drove 50 minutes in rush hour traffic with a toddler for an appointment with Lisa at Fury Motors, Forest Lake. She texted me the day before to confirm the appointment and I texted back that yes, I would be coming. When I arrived she said, oh I texted you this morning that the car sold yesterday. I was already on my way and do not read texts while driving. Had she called as well, I could have saved myself a miserable nearly 2 hours in the car with an angry toddler. The parts guy says he's going to help out and give me a deal and knock $50 off the price. The final price was full list. When I brought in my Dodge Ram 1500 for service, they initially told me I needed new exhaust manifolds, which is common for a Ram. After keeping my truck for a week, followed by the conflicting stories they provided ,they eventually informed me that I needed a new engine. As a result of their work, my engine was ruined by the piece of slag they dropped into the engine, so I was left with a significant financial burden. I had to cover the costs for the work that led to the engine's damage, arrange for the truck to be towed to another mechanic, and have a new engine installed. Subsequently, three other mechanics confirmed that the engine was indeed ruined during the exhaust manifold replacement process. Fury admitted their responsibility by offering to pay for the new engine, excluding the labor costs. What's more, they have the audacity to suggest that I should pay for an oil change and new manifolds for an engine they destroyed. This would be comical if it weren't for the significant financial burden it placed on me. When you bring your vehicle to be repaired, you want to be able to trust that the people have integrity. Unfortunately, from the top down(Brian, Brad and Mike) , Fury Motors lacks this crucial quality. I would advise anyone thinking of bringing their vehicle to Fury to beware or be prepared to pay for their mistakes. The lack of trustworthiness in their service is a cause for concern. Very disappointed with Fury Motors Stillwater. After I received an estimate and the car was close to being finished they stated the air filter was dirty and needed to be replaced, parts and labor $140. To do the repairs I signed for they had to take off the air intake cowling and put it back on when they were done. Guess where the air filter is? When I said no suddenly my tires are bad and should be replaced (and by the way we have a finance company we work with). There were pictures of 4 tires labeled with which each was and the pictures were fine. Again I said no and how misleading their quote was. Quote said tires were a future issue. The quote also indicated that the 4X4 service would be free. Oh but we're sorry that it's $550 if you still wanted it. Yes I'm going to chat with the BBB. I did agree to split the 4X4 fee and they will do the air filter for free. My suggestion is stay far away from this dealership you cannot trust their quote or their greed at trying to sell additional parts. read more

The Worst Service!!!! I just bought a new Ram and they said my first few oil chance is gonna be free. I did the first one in Salt Lake City and they did what the promises! Today I went to Furry motors in StillWater, MN and it was the worst decision that I've made! A "service adviser" RAENER lied to me. My car stays for one hours and charge me for oil chance, tire rotation and replace one filter $617.00 oil chance supposed to be free, tire rotation $38.00 like she said. She very unprofessional and hide the amounts. I don't get it how the dealership like that keep those people in they time. All the negative reviews that have here is about services. I'll make sure that all my friends never step in this place for services. They charge me $200 for the filter where cost $22 at Amazon and $296.00 labor. I know that sometimes people post about negative experiences and neglect to acknowledge the positive ones but since I am always willing to give businesses more than one chance before posting, I can share that I've been there 3 times now, once with a friend and twice taking my own car for a service and do yourself a favor and please, please avoid this place. See other reviews here at Yelp, try google, see anywhere you can find a review and you'll see why no one ever has any good thing to say about them. The entire service department is incompetent from top down and bottom up. They will mess your order or your car. They do not acknowledge manufacturer rebates while advertising them at the same time. If you do end up here in an emergency or something, spend the extra $20 on the tow truck and get your car towed away to somewhere else read more

I would give the service department 0 stars if I could. We have bought and serviced our vehicles here the last 10 years and have had nothing but issues getting them serviced here within the last few years. They mess up our oil changes almost every time without fail (wrong type of oil, leaks, etc.). We are supposed to get free tire rotations, and they didn't do a single one on my car in the last year. Because of this I now have tires that only have 24,000 miles on them that are so unevenly worn that they will need to be replaced. They refuse to take accountability for this and blame it on their "lazy tech who has since been fired." I finally got a tire rotation and they conveniently told me my lug nuts were "swollen" and needed to be replaced if I wanted my tires put back on. Beware they will try to charge you $700 for lug nuts... $35 a nut for a $4 nut. If they weren't so dismissive of their mistakes that are now costing me more time and money I would give them another chance, but as a long time customer I do not recommend taking a chance on them! read more

Bought a 2020 Ram pickup Nov '23 Inspection papers looked good, test ride seemed fine, salesman sold me. I'm 67.. first time I've ever regretted buying a vehicle!   I'll be brief.  A truly bad experience. 1st fib: if you finance, you'll save $1k off purchase. No you won't.  Interest will cost hundreds.    2nd fib: interest will be under $300 on a $33k truck,  no- it's $425 minimum, plus hours on the phone to get it that low. 3rd fib- 30 day full warranty.  Not.  Drivetrain only!  I was told otherwise.  Not in writing, so "he said- she said".  My electronics pkg had issue from day 1.  Salesman wouldn't even look me in the eyes.  Get it in writing. NOTE*  appointments for "anything" in the shop start out with a quick computer read out of possible ongoing issues. They DO NOT run that 10 minute readout on a used vehicle before selling it!  That's policy. They "inspect" the vehicle without ever plugging it in for a readout of possible issues, and sell it that way??  Isn't that just wrong? 4th fib+: vehicle milage was off by 650 miles. When I came in for free 3k oil change (after only 2500 miles).  Inspection now shows all tires are 1m lower , and replacement should be near term.  Rear brakes are 3m lower- though I've been babying the truck to see what best possible milage is.  They did NOT check tire pressure as they said the did, because one was 15# low with a leak.  They did NOT put the oil cap back on, though in theory you can't close the hood with the cap in the resting place- super glad I checked before driving off! Brought my Jeep in because of a charging problem, I felt the alternator was bad. They told me it was most likely my camera, I still wanted it checked. They were right, that was cool with me, but here is why I am giving them 1 star. They pulled off all of the spark plug wires and then gently sent them back onto the spark plugs giving it enough spark to run temporarily, I was able to get home. I opened the hood and I pushed all of them back on and restarted it and it ran great. Not only have you lost my future business but I will be letting everyone know what you did. read more

Legalized extortion. I came in preapproved through USAA with a great rate but their weasel manage broke into the conversation and said if I dont finance through the dealership they cant give me the extended warranty AND add $500 to the cost. Said I could finance through them, pay about 6 payments then refinance. What an idiotic suggestion. Don't buy from these crooks. I also realized they overpriced their used vehicles. Horrible experience! Bought a car and on the second day it broke down! They couldn't have cared less. Cathy the sales person told me "I don't know what to tell you". How about you're going to fix my car! Less than 24 hrs after I had it. She had the nerve to ask me if I had a warranty. Well less than 24 hrs you should be fixing it. I had to have aaa tow it there. When they should've towed it there. It hasn't even been looked at it has been there for 3 days. These people truly don't give a crap about the customer. The service department is just terrible here. NOT the mechanics working in the back actually repairing/servicing the vehicles, i'm speaking of the service writers and the service manager especially. The service manager used to work at the Lake Elmo branch (RAM Trucks now) and has since moved here to Stillwater branch. Always crabby, no personality, can't keep service writers working under him long, never smiles and will always turn you away if you do not have an appointment. Awful... Wouldn't bring my car back for service even if it was free. They are penny pinchers that charge you for everything they can. Took my car in for an oil change and in return my car runs worse than it was before. They also mixed their own oil (without ever asking or consulting with me about it) with the brand I brought in, when I had explicitly made clear I only wanted that brand of oil in my car. Brought in all my own materials and walked away paying more than I would a mile down the road had I not brought in ANYTHING myself. The staff would do nothing to fix the issue, claiming it's not their problem and I was still forced to pay for something I had not approved nor would ever approve. Furthermore, I had wiper blades in the backseat, in which they took in upon themselves to put on and charge me $10 to install, something I would never have someone do for me, as it takes under a minute, let alone for $10; majority of places do it for free. It's terrible customer service and they will charge you for anything possible whether you request it or not. I will never be brining my car back here EVER. Don't believe me? Buyer beware. Classic bait and switch tactics... read on. I put my 2011 Chevy Tahoe up for sale in late november early december. It's a very nice truck from Texas, with zero mechanical issues. I received a call from Fury Motors that they'd be interested in purchasing my tahoe from me. I had it priced at 18,000, top of the market at the time. I'm about an hour away, so I mentioned that I would need some sort of ballpark to make the drive. They asked what I owed, and I said $15,600. The woman put me on hold, came back and told me that shouldnt be a problem. At the time, We were too far apart in price. After making two car payments and not selling the truck we inched closer to 15,600 not being too bad. I called again yesterdy and set up an appointment. We discussed price again, and 15,600 was mentioned. I was told if the vehicle really nice sometimes the offers are even higher. When I got to the dealership, Ryan, the manager had no idea that we were to meet, even after setting up an appointment on the phone. I gave them my keys and they did an inpection which took about 45 minutes. Ryan, came to me with an offer in writing of $13,000. I balked, I couldn't believe it. I just realized I wasted 3 hours of my day, and 3 hours of my wifes day, as she had packed up my kids to come pick me up. Ryan stated that there was a squeaky door hinge, and slight rust on the underside of the hood. To be clear, this is a very very nice Chevy Tahoe, and needs absolutely nothing. At the time $13,000 was the very bottom of the kbb and nada trade in value. In my head that didnt account for a $2800 discrepancy. The complacency in which she presented the offer was troubling. She said "I dont know what you and the girl on the phone talked about...". Well, I did, I was on the phone. She said around 15,600 would be doable. Ryan the manger tried to shake my hand. I declined. I felt so pressured to buy a car from Kathy. She went over some basic questions asking me what I wanted in a car (no flashy colors- especially red, less miles, under 12K) she was other customers as well which I would normally be okay with but she was really bad at communicating and would disappear for up to 20 minutes and check back. I didn't feel like a priority. After waiting a bit she finally brought me over to a computer. She had said she already looked at some cars but clearly didn't. She asked me all of the questions over again that I had already answered. She showed me many cars over my budget. She would say things like "what about this car? It has less miles?" Which was true but it was also 14K AND red! After test driving a car I came back inside and the first thing she said was "so you wanna buy it?" I had made it very clear that I was not interested in buying just looking. She convinced me to test drive another and yet again after coming inside she said "how'd you like it? Wanna buy it?" Purchased a vehicle from Josh and shortly thereafter, moved to another state. At my first service appointment, tires needed to be rotated and was told that I needed the tire keys to remove the tires, can't be removed without. Called Josh and told him that I didn't receive any "tire keys" at time of purchase. He was going to check into it and call me back. That was a week ago. I've left daily messages with Josh (both voice and text messages) and with Mikki, the Sales Manager, and no one is returning my calls. Six weeks after purchase I'm now in another state stuck with a vehicle where the tires cannot be removed and the dealership where I purchased the car (6 weeks ago) will not return my calls.
