When i say this place is TERRIBLE that is an understatement!!! Absolutely AWFUL! the employees are horrible and so disrespectful they are brain washed to think that they are actually selling healthy puppies from real breeders! That is far from the truth! :( I speak with facts. I researched the so called "certified breeder" for one of their puppies and found out that he was cited and arrested for animal cruelty and sold many sick dogs with neglect, birth defects and illness to pet stores! He is also in the "HORRIBLE 10" breeders.(Picture proof posted under pictures on here) No matter what they say,these puppies come from PUPPY MILLS and illegal backyard breeders!!! Roger,the owner is trying to get rich off of selling unhealthy animals from horrible,abusive and sad backgrounds! He sells them for thousands yet buys them for a fraction of the price.. DO NOT buy a puppy from here! They will pull you in with innocent puppies(good mall location), and make you think you are getting a deal with vet care (FROM THEIR OWN VET) but BE CAREFUL!! There is so much more than what you see at this little "puppy botique"! Please google them,their lawsuits and deaths of pupies will come up. Puppies to them are a price tag and they could care less about their health,well being, or who they go home with.As long as they get their profit,it's all good to them.The worst part is they even screamed at me and my 6 year old when i mentioned the word puppy mills to him inside the store!!! He was terrified,shaking and in tears due to the treatment of the manager,THE WORST disrespect possible towards customers in the store! How heart breaking that she hurt my child in that way!unforgivable!! I have never experienced such rude customer service or treatment in a "business" in my whole life! This is a terrible situation and believe it or not, one of the worst cases of animal cruelty!Furry Babies owners buy animals from puppy mills and sell them for over the top RIDICULOUS prices. It should be illegal.They even sue people for saying (the truth) they sell puppymill puppies! I swear to you that there are thousands of WONDERFUL tiny-young puppies and grown up dogs of all breeds and sizes (yes,even pure bred) in the shelters dying each year due to limited space.They are just as good as a "furry baby"puppy and truly in need of a family! Please google local animal shelters and you will be suprised that a beautiful new family member is waiting for you! For little cost ($60-a couple hundred DONATION to help a shelter vs. thousands at furry babies to promote puppymills,abuse of animals, and greedy owners) Please do not give these people your business, and allow yourself to get hurt or get ripped off! Do not create a higher demand for puppy mill puppies/over breeding.Shelter dogs really do matter. The average price of the puppies here are $2500. Furry babies does not try to scam anyone by making them pay more, the price just truly depends on the specific breed and puppy!!! Although $2500 seems like a lot for a puppy, they included toys, clothes, food, and obviously his vet care which was half of his price. Their puppies may be expensive but they include everything you will need for the puppy. The only thing I have paid for out of pocket is food! I love Furry Babies and their puppies are the best and the healthiest, as people say, you get what you pay for and Furry Babies has the best top of the line puppies! read more

Furry Babies lists their "breeders" on their website. These are NOT reputable breeders as they claim. THEY ARE PUPPY MILLS! They list nearly 20 breeders on their site. About 10 of the USDA licenses are not currently valid. 2 of them on on the United States Human Society's Horrible 100 List. The top 4 worst breeders that Furry Babies claim to use list the following number of adult dogs on site: 259, 192, 183 & 103. Those numbers do not belong to reputable breeders. Stay clear of Furry Babies. They are selling puppy mill dogs. Please find your next furry family member at a local animal rescue or shelter. read more

We got our golden retriever from Furry Babies five and half years ago. He is absolutely wonderful and we got all his papers with information about the breeder with no issues. We stop in to visit from time to time and always feel welcomed. The puppies are obviously well cared for and loved. I have never had an unpleasant experience at this business. I was hesitant to buy a puppy from a pet store as we all know the horror stories of puppy mills but since I was able to locate the breeder and learn of their reputation I was able to bring our pup home with a clear conscience. read more

Dogs come from abusive breeders who overbreed their dogs and just care about the money. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS STORE!! They get the puppies cheap and sell them off like merchandise. Dogs do not deserve to be treated like this. Whenever I visit they're always asleep, you know why? Because they drug the puppies so that they don't bark or act obnoxiously which will "drive customers away". The employees are also very uneducated and not very helpful. So I have been I here many time and found that each person that works there is so attached to the pups! We went in one day and found this amazing golden doodle, and he was a calm sweet boy! Needless to say we left with him after we took the kids up to meet him! I love how they are with the pups and all the stuff they come With make it so much easier than having to go out and buy it! They are animal lovers and take the well-being of their dogs very seriously. They only get their dogs from reputable breeders, who do not have any violations on their records. This place is awesome! Never have I seen a puppy store take such good care of the dogs. Jess is phenomenal, the owner is equally as awesome. I really appreciate that they pull the USDA reports on all of the breeders they buy from every week to make sure they're not violating any laws or acting as puppy mills. We love our new mini Goldendoodle. She is amazing and such pretty coloring...an apricot color. We also bought a Teddy Bear from here around 2 1/2 years ago. We have been extremely happy with our dogs. The only problem is their pricing is on the higher side but it does include a lot of other elements, spaying, vet vists, microchipping etc that breeders don't include but will cost you a fortune.
