We were in the store total for 40 minutes and not ONE sleazy salesperson offered to help. Yes, we may not look like we have money to spend, but you better be careful who you pass up. My husband finally decided to go back and actually buy a bed he can lay on and try out. Nicole was again super helpful and had great suggestions. For the exact same type of flooring, we noticed their prices were four times more expensive than the other two places we checked. That said, we didn't want to insult them and make them feel bad so I left a fake name, a fake phone number, and a fake address. Imagine my surprise when I got a call from this company to my real phone number--A number I never provided to them nor gave them permission to call. What's even more outrageous, is they contacted our real estate agent--an egregious overreach of boundaries. We never mentioned who we were working with for our real estate transaction. Who do these people think they are? It is the most outrageous invasion of privacy my husband and I have ever experienced and we're not young people. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. I explained what happened to my real estate agent and apologized on behalf of this company for being so obnoxious. I've never known a flooring company to go to such lengths to stalk potential customers before. It was very very disturbing. I'm not sure what software they have rigged up in that store, but if you go here, turn your phone to airplane mode so they can't access it because if they do they will track down everybody you know to try to get a hold of you. I will post this review for everybody to see because it's 100% true.

Paducah Steem called and said they couldn't come because it was raining and they couldn't take the chance of their workers getting sick. He sounded like a teenager trying to make an excuse not to come to work. It was pathetic. Keep in mind, the rain is about over. He did offer to come tomorrow but we have a strict timeline of when our carpets needed to be cleaned. We took vacation time from work and have movers that are supposed to move our furniture tomorrow. We called another company and they are coming at the same time today rain or shine. Thankful the other company can come because Paducah Steem really put us in a bind. I don't recommend Paducah Steem.
