Well, he instantly bypassed myself and went straight to the elderly couple that got out of the Mercedes. Second thing that bothered me is not one person stopped to ask if I needed help with anything but you bet your last dollar they approached everyone in front, side, and behind me. We were in the store total for 40 minutes and not ONE sleazy salesperson offered to help. Yes, we may not look like we have money to spend, but you better be careful who you pass up. Someone missed out on a giant piece of commission while we had cash in hand.

That would be remotely acceptable if anyone had been able to tell us anything or were willing to offer us any help whatsoever but at every turn we have been offered nothing but excuses. No one in this store or company, from what I can tell, is interested in advocating on behalf of the customer to provide them with a positive experience. Go literally anywhere else for your furniture. Never going back.

We told her no foam because our past experience is that the foam squishes down pretty rapidly and I end up with the lumbar part in my middle back! I've had to tri-fold a comforter and drape it over the back so I've got some support. It's not at all comfortable now and the back sags back so I sit crooked. Very unhappy with the purchase and tired of spending over $2000 every year. I only gave 2 stars because they did come out to fix the remote controls that weren't working
