However, if you purchase one of these spas do not expect to get any kind of respectable service. It is the worst. I had a slow leak for over a year, multiple trips, hundreds of dollars, explanations from everyone about how hard it is to fix a leak. Halfa** effort to repair it, and I'm being polite. Terrible. I ended up getting a friend I work with who is handy to come by and look at it and he fixed it in 10 mins... by correctly repairing an area that the Crowell repairman had worked on 3 other times. They just kept telling me that the hot tub was old (it is) and hard to identify a leak (it wasn't). The last time the Crowell guy came out, he left things in shambles and tightened the screws into the panel cover so wonky and crazy, it stripped three of the screws completely and they are stuck, cracked the panel, and broke a piece of the cedar off. I had to get a neighbor to help me even get the panel off I had to text the repairman to never come out again. No follow up from the store. I will be buying a brand new one eventually -- and it will be from anywhere but here. I've never written a review on anything but feel it is important to follow thru as a customer when you get terrible service and pay a lot of money to someone.

I recommend going to Crowell or ANYWHERE but this place. They don't even deserve 1 star. I had called about a cover for a hot tub I had purchased, and approached an older woman that works at Aloha. A young kid came at me acting very hostile literally yelling at me asking if I was the one that had called. As he got closer, he said they didn't have that size in back and didn't even give me an option to order. He was very rude and told me it was almost closing time and I would have to come back. It was 5:30p and they close at 6p, and I drove an hour to get this cover. Guy that worked there since age 12 needs to get another career.

But today, I felt an employee was lurking, watching me look through the racks and I was uncomfortable. A piece of clothing had fallen to the floor near me, that I don't think I dislodged. The employee came right up near me, and hung it back up. I apologized despite not being sure I had done it. They said nothing back me, just gave me a dirty look. At that point I put back the shirt I was planning to pay cash for, and walked away. I glanced over my shoulder and they had already snatched up the shirt and moved it back to what I guess was a better spot. I just smiled as the person glared. Needless to say I won't be back for a loooong time if ever. Who treats their repeat cash paying customers this way? Three stars is generous, it's for the merchandise selection only.
