Sleep Outfitters did not disappoint. We spoke to Katie on the phone and she was nothing but helpful from start to finish. She was able to order the bed he wanted along with the box springs. They were also able to deliver the mattress way quicker than other stores he called. We came in to sign the paper work for the bed today and Katie was so professional and helpful! Ironically enough, she called us to let us know the mattress was actually arriving earlier than originally planned as we were pulling up to the store. After about a year and half, the material began to look different; by the end of 2 years the sectional began to deface, hence, not real leather. To no avail, I still felt the store would stand behind it's product. Guess what, they have no warranty, it is sole put on to the manufacturer so whatever their warranty says is all you get. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Their customer service is beyond lacking, they tell half truths to make a sale. It is unacceptable and the quality of their furniture is the same.
