See the photos, the top 3 line tiles are white, all the rest tiles are yellow! I went to the store where I purchased the tiles, and the manager said he could not do anything. I lost $1500 labor to redo the entire left-side wall, including removing the installed tiles, replacing the hardy barker board & red guard, and installing the tiles again. I also lost 8 pieces of the tiles (materials), $90.76 total. I would like Floor & Decor to contact me back for this loss, since it is completely their fault for giving me different color tiles!

It was such an amazing conversation that he didn't charge me a dime for that now 3 months later when I'm still having issues I called and asked him to come and check out what might be causing both of my refrigerators to still not work properly! He came and checked them out, put refrigerant in one of them had me order a temp sensor for the other one so we can monitor the temp over time and try to figure out if it's an issue with the technology. While I'm still waiting to see what if anything is majorly wrong with them I'm so thankful for the quick response time of him coming out so soon after I called(the next day), the time he spent helping me understand what all the problems could be and the fact that he has only charged me for a service call for each fridge which can be used as a credit towards whatever repair we wind up needing to make. Couldn't ask for a better experience with a company after battling for a year with my home warranty company that sent multiple repair people who didn't solve literally anything and in fact only made our problems worse. At the bottom of a page where they…read moresay they can do many different repairs, it says they are NOT responsible for recommending licensed people-- that it was up to the customer to find out whether they have a license. The (Russian) dispatcher put me in touch with (another Russian) repairman who said he did work on vintage Thermador stoves/ovens and could come the next day. He was hours late, but within minutes, had fixed my oven with a screw that linked the working wires with the non working ones (which made me a little concerned), but I was thrilled. So I asked him to check out the knobs on my stove which, over time, had become harder to press down and turn. He started pulling the stove apart and washing parts, which I thought was fine because it was cleaning under the knobs. But next thing I know, he'd pulled off the stove top and totally disassembled the insides. It was only then, with parts every where, that he told me it'd be $250 for the 5-minute oven fix and $500 for the stove. I had to say OK. He spray washed everything nicely (albeit sprayed grit & water everywhere), but then couldn't get the stove back together. When he finally did, it wouldn't work, so he said it was too old and the module had failed-- and couldn't be replaced. I've never had problems with the stove working, only the knobs getting harder to turn. So he spent over an hour trying to get it to work again, often angrily. By 8pm I was quite stressed because I was supposed to pick up someone at the airport by 9:00. So he demanded that I sign a BLANK invoice to cover his costs. Of course I wouldn't-- he'd broken the stove. I said I'd pay him for the oven repair only-- after he'd sent an invoice. He supposedly sent me an invoice for just the oven, but repeatedly, it wouldn't show up in either my mail or text, though he insisted he'd sent it. I was concerned that there could be no limit to his charges if I had signed something that hadn't specified the work that had been done But he refused leave-- just stood in my hall, arms folded. I kept promising I'd pay for the oven when he sent me an invoice or that he could return tomorrow to discuss it further, but he kept refusing. At 8:40 he pretended to call the police to further threaten me. Totally exasperated, I Zelled him $250.-- without any invoice. No police ever showed up. Frankly I wish they had, except I was very stressed about the airport pick up I now have a broken stove that I'd only asked him to check out the knobs on. He clearly didn't know what he was doing, had no business card, and spoke little english. There are 10 screws that hold the stovetop in place that are missing-- who knows what else is inside; I'm scared to use it because it's gas. I should have vetted him, but so should the company that gave me his name. It was a terrorizing experience for a single, older woman..

Sold us the sleepys sheets (Sean) and little later in the day came back and bought temerppedic protector and very happy with all of mattress firm. Great prices and they do everything right. Don't do Nebraska, Ashley's, living Spaces ETC. I like that mattress firm has kept to just mattresses and bedding because they do it better than any other competitor.
