We had an item that did not have a price tag on it and told her that it was the only one we could find in the store. With a rude attitude she told us, we need a similar item to ring it up. We patiently waited. When the item could not be found by another employee, again with negative attitude she told us she could not sell it to us because she did not have the sku number. Little did she know I had already looked it up online and had the sku number available. At the end the item was sold to us with the sku number I provided to her from their online website. I know you could have done this yourself and shame on you. This goes to management, please do better. We have more class than to make a scene, but the treatment was so uncalled for.

We did like on item that fell into this category and two other sets that were not and could be discounted. We all know, I love a great deal! We didn't make a purchase just yet as they were our first stop. Service was great, not pushy and understood where we are coming from in our decision making process. Do we want something to suffice for the time being or a larger investment set to ship around from town to town... is sort of what we need to figure out at the moment. On multiple visits, I was stared at and looked over in a way that felt inappropriate and made me feel unsafe rather than welcome. This isn't about one bad interaction, it became a pattern, and it's disappointing that this kind of behavior seems to be tolerated. I want to caution other women, especially if you're shopping alone, to be aware of this. I can't in good conscience continue supporting a business where customers are made to feel this way by staff. I'd love to see this addressed, because the store itself has good finds, but I won't be returning until the environment actually feels safe and respectful for everyone.

If you do get lucky enough to have a cashier who is willing to ring the manager, they negotiate on price but if you are looking for furniture to flip, this is not the place. Overall, the quality I've seen recently is better than the older reviews, however they do have many items overpriced but run sales

Convenient location next to the Cary Creek Publix and the North College/East University intersection. Open seven days a week too.

I could have easily purchased what I needed online, but wanted to support a local retailer in my new hometown, and even though they did have what I was looking for this last visit (for less than I had seen online) I was so annoyed by being ignored a 3rd time in a row, I left empty handed and gave my business to an online retailer in the end. I don't know what I - a middle-aged woman in work attire - did to give them the impression that I wasn't a serious customer. I understand this is a college town, and maybe they're used to the college kids not being able to afford their nice things, but college kids have parents, like me, who can. I recommend, at the very least, the store get a bell on their door, and when it rings, acknowledge the people who are attempting to patronize you; that, alone, would have resulted in my business.
