You will always find something you like inside there but the chubby white lady I guess she's the owner or whatever of the store she is rude no Customer Service southern behavior at all like all the other store shop owners. She's just a rude, abrupt, condescending and loud no empathy. I would hate to be her husband or her children, she likes to brag about places she traveled to or traveled to in Europe. She makes you not even want to buy anything inside the store. She is simply a total royal B**ch! And I'm sure her family members would agree, including her husband they are probably scared of her she probably the one that carries this purse strings in the family. now there's a young lady that does alteration which is a separate business from serendipity the store that lady is a sweetheart. The heavy plastic chain necklace has a split in each individual link, but the biggest issue was the bracelet. The Auburn charm came right off the bracelet and was completely lost before kickoff. Someone handed it to me right before the game, and I lost it almost immediately. will not buy anything else here. The jersey was nice but I can just order that online later

Disappointed with my order from 8/14/26. I ordered flowers out of state for my sister's 50th…read morebirthday, a week and a half in advance. Between the $99 arrangement, $12 delivery, $8 service fee, and taxes, the total came to $130 -- and what she received didn't match what I paid for nor did it match the quality of arrangements seen in previous customer reviews. The website shows a full, round bouquet with blooms built up on all sides. What arrived was flat on top with a single sprig sticking up, and lacked fullness all around. When I asked my sister for more photos -- hoping the first ones were just a bad angle -- she had to look down to see the flowers, since a large hydrangea bloom was sunk in the middle of the arrangement to take up space. It's simply not what was advertised. I've attached photos of what was advertised vs the product so you can see the difference for yourself. I order arrangements for occasions like this often and don't mind paying for quality, but this felt like amateur hour compared to the website photo. On the plus side, my sister loved the surprise and said the flowers smelled wonderful -- I just wish the arrangement itself matched what I purchased. There was an option to "tip" the florist. Probably should have done this to get some inspiration put into it.

J and I went today, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it's a gift shop-hardware store hybrid, so that amongst pest control, heavy duty cleaners, and drill bits, you'll find scented candles and gourmet consumables. We had just come from AuburnArt.com, The Villager, and Whapsody, so we were all candled-out, but we ended up buying Wickles and Not Yo' Mama's hot sauce. I only had minimal interaction with the cashier, but he seemed like a nice guy. This is all good stuff since my last local hardware store experience was less that stellar [cough cough, Five Points Hardware in Birmingham]. Now I can say I've purchased hot sauce at a hardware store. Love.

World Market has kitchenware, edibles and drinkables (including beer and wine), clothes, cards, gifts, and home decor from several corners of the globe. The kitchen stuff and food areas are probably my favorites. Prices seem pretty fair, and there are usually a lot of items on sale too. One problem I noticed it that there can be traffic backed up at the registers. World Market could do a better job of opening up more checkout lanes if a bunch of shoppers want to pay at the same time. There is a frequent shopper program called World Market Explorer Rewards which looks like it offers coupons and other rewards. Parking is plentiful since it's Tiger Town. Look for World Market between Target and Kroger, next to Hobby Lobby.
