By the time they did place our order, it was after Black Friday so then it was delayed after all the people who got great deals got their mattresses. We did not get any deal, but had to wait from September until late December to get our mattress delivered. With the mattress, I ordered a purple pillow. Purple has a great return policy. I didn't realize that American Mattress would not accept returns of the pillow. We received no discount from them for the excessive delays, and I was not allowed to return the $200 pillow. I was not told at time of purchase that I would not able to return or I would have just bought it direct from Purple. Save yourself a massive headache and order direct from any of the mattress companies like Avocado, which deliver directly, which allows for the mattress to come on time and accept returns.
