There is a large shared parking lot, and the store is in the middle of a strip mall. Walking in, you are not greeted. The aisles are wide, with plenty of room to move around. In the back is an area where you can have someone frame a photo or artwork. They do have some kitsch, and they have a large selection of my favorite laundry additive, so I do have a place close to come for that. They have a large selection for crafting items of all types, and a selection of clearance items that are the better part of 2 aisles. They do not have much of a selection of local crafts, which is something I would like to see locally owned stores having, so that is disappointing. Most of the items are mass produced. It's nice to look at, but there are better values to be made elsewhere, even at the national chain stores.
