I say that because it's generally kept in clean and tidy order - as opposed to some I've seen that appeared to be hit by a hurricane. The employees are happy to help, and mostly friendly. They also have a quality selection - not just the picked over scraps from a store closing or out of season leftovers. You are greeted when walking in and offered a sanitized cart to shop with. Large selection of all kinds of things for your home, reasonably priced. Large shared parking lot in front. There is a security person watching the lot, though I am not sure how much crime happens here. Everything seems fairly safe. The inventory in this store seems of good quality, and the employees are friendly. read more

If you like to decorate and random pretty things, Home Goods is a dangerous place. The selection varies dramatically from one visit to the next but I can always find tempting items like new pillows, glassware and blue pottery pieces I have to convince myself I don't need. Sometimes I'm more successful in the convincing than others. This is a great place to find holiday decorations and gifts as well as practical items. Do you need a bathmat? Hangars? An Italian spice blend? New drawer pulls? A 3 foot tall polar bear? This is your place! Enjoy! And don't blame me if your trips get addictive. read more

I find myself heading to Home Goods for the same stuff on a regular basis. Anything linen involved, bedding, pillows, towels etc Dog toys, lots of dog toys. Wrapping Paper and wrapping goods (like ribbon, bags, twine) and lastly Gourmet foods. I really like everything else, but these are the things that I seem to scour over each time that I go. I like the quality of items and definitely the prices. We have two active Boston terriers who were raised on "No food treats" with that being said, they play a lot and require copious amounts of toys. Toys are their treats. Home Goods hands down has the cheapest priced quality toys around with the exception of TJ Maxx which is a sister store and often connected or nearby. They have an interesting selection of gourmet items and I have enjoyed, crackers, salt varieties, sodas, dried fruits (My current crush is sliced dried mango, yum) and Candy. Like many of these short inventoried stores, their selection is ever changing. If you don't grab it when you see it, chances are it won't be there when you visit the next time. I wish there was one a bit closer though I am a big fan and make the drive. You should too. read more

Holy smokes!!! This place has everything you could ever need to decorate your home. I could spend days in here looking at all of the pillows, platters, mirrors, mattress pads, bathroom accessories, coffee, and all of the other things that I could spend a fortune on. Don't get me wrong though - the prices are phenomenal!! I just tend to sometimes go a little overboard in here. And don't get me started on their seasonal goodies. I'm a Halloween nut, and they have got some spooky, funny, precious, elegant pieces. I go crazy here at Christmas and Easter as well. Bottom line - make a stop here before spending more than you need to on housewares at a pricey department store or boutique. read more

Yay! A HomeGoods in New Orleans!!! How am I the first one to the party for HomeGoods New Orleans on Yelp? When you walk into a store and they've got an iteration of H. G. Wells' Time Machine for $2,999.99 (marked down from $4500.00), you know it's gonna be good... While this HomeGoods quest was for nothing in particular, I was excited to check out the stock and ended up walking out with a really nice pot for $15 (normally around $40 at local stores) to replant my lemon tree. While the Northshore HomeGoods seemed to have every knick knack and paddy whack you'd need to outfit your beach condo, this one was a little less beach paraphernalia-laden. The inner aisles could use a little bit more organization, and some of the furniture was seriously nicked or didn't have price tags. If you do end up heading out to Metry to get your HomeGoods on, have an idea of what you're looking for, home measurements and your "theme" or you'll get lost in the whoz-its and whatz-its, galore. good selection, yet rude and impatient staff. they worked slow at checkout and openly cussed. isles were crammed and unorganized.

So I have been to this location multiple times to get the Jordan's Skinny Syrups. They have a very large selection and the price is only $3.99 per bottle. I usually use the syrups in my coffee but they can be put into any beverage or dessert of your choosing. Def recommend for these products and other different food products that regular stores do not carry. I'm not really a decorator but there's also plenty of really pretty items to just give your home an extra pop. read more

The first time I came to this location it just opened and I could barely breathe. So I've been wanting to go back. I love all the little home decor and furnishings. There's a lot of boho chic decor, which is my fav. I came for a nice big house plant but didn't quite find what I needed. However, I did purchase some cute bohemian/Indian style lanterns. read more

Homegoods is one of my favorite stores ever!!! I've purchased there so much especially in the last month as we just moved into our new home. I'm a huge advocate of this store. I read a few months ago how Homegoods in Hawaii were still paying their employee wages after the store was destroyed due to a violent storm and I vowed to support the company as best I can. Anywho, We live on the Northshore but decided to take a ride to the Southshore to check out the Homegoods store there. There was a great variety of items. I noticed Aimee who is apart of store management direct another employee on how to place merchandise. She appeared to be a great manager with high energy. I even noticed as she went through the store picking up items that had fallen off the shelves. I even told her, you're good. The store was a bit junky, and it was unusually hard to maneuver through with my cart. Overall good shopping experience. read more

I love this place! They have lots of cool decor and accessories for your home. There is definitely something for everyone there. The store is divided by kitchen, bathroom, outdoor, kids etc...so you can find what your looking for pretty easily. There sale items are reasonably priced. I didn't see any staff available on the floor to ask questions to. The store was very clean though. read more

I've never been to a Home Goods before, so I didn't know what to expect. It was pleasantly organized and even a section was color coded! The items that I picked up, like vases, fake decorative plants and trees, miscellaneous items that you leave one shelves and in bedrooms.. reasonably priced. However I'll probably go somewhere else for furniture and wall art just because I've seen more competitive prices else where. One word. Obsessed! I come here once a week and always find amazing things for my home. I have saved so much money by shopping here. I have purchased countless furniture pieces, rugs, curtains, kitchen items, mirrors and more! You will honestly not find a better price on rugs for the quality. The mirrors are spectacular too! I spent $80 on a mirror that was $350 on line for the same size and style. It's a true treasure hunt as you never know what you will find. Loveeee coming here! My place to go for house decors. I would spend hours in here just looking at random stuff. Prices are ok I wouldn't say cheap. Sometimes you will catch great decors here for decent prices. Only thing is that when you like something they only come in 2 or 3 items. For example, I really liked these bowls but they only had about 5 of them. I asked and they said they didn't have anymore. Wish things here came in larger quantities so I can buy the set of them. read more
