Great prices. Wide variety of home items to choose from. The place is humongous. Spent at least three hours shopping browsing around. Also took advantage of the clearance items that were up to 50% off My check out experience was great. My cashier Sherry was super friendly. She was very nice to customers that were before me. First, I do enjoy visiting At Home from time to time. I especially like to browse through the seasonal section. Their prices are fairly reasonable. There is ample parking and the store is very large. There were plenty of checkout lines open, which moved quickly. They have a wide variety of merchandise. My only complaint is the condition of certain sections of the store. Many areas are messy and disorganized. The experience would be so much better if it wasn't for that. I will continue to visit and check out the seasonal merchandise every so often. read more

I use to dream about when a garden ridge would come to my area . And then it came as at home I was so excited and when it was new it was amazing it had everything ! Well now I avoid at all coast . I get so much anxiety just walking in . The hanging decorations are like looks like a bomb went off . First it's shame that ppl year up stores so much but I almost Think they stock like this . Clutter!! Stuff everywhere and isles closed. Staff isn't friendly. They don't offer any assistance. The buggies are locked, no one came to unlock a buggy. When I went to check out I was asked a million questions like would you like to give your email, get a cc, donate....it was kind of annoying. I clearly did not pay attention when placing an order on the At Home Store's website for Sling Chairs. I ordered 3 chairs that were on sale for $19.99 ea to be delivered. When they were delivered I discovered that I was charged $59.00 for this deliver!!! Really!? So in round numbers, I paid $60 for chairs and $60 for delivery!!!! This was a local, drive across town delivery. Not Fedx, Not UPS, Not USPS. Someone from the store got in their car and drove across town!! So this is a cautionary message to read everything carefully at checkout. I will never do business with The Home Store again. read more

Wow. I'm sure there are deals to be had here but to find them you'll have to wade through the messiest store I have seen in a long, long time. Thanks to COVID my expectations are a lot higher and At Home did not come close to meeting them. The aisles are a huge mess with items on the floor and falling off the hooks in the shelves. Piles of items picked through are just left haphazardly everywhere. Ornament and Christmas paraphernalia aisles were so tight only one basket could pass through the hot mess described previously. The Christmas tree section was probably the best part of the store but a lot of items from the website are not displayed and asking for help is impossible as I never saw an employee. Also, shout out to the hand sanitizer "gel" that felt like pure liquid soap. We had to rub our hands together for a full 45-60 seconds before the goo went away. Take a tiny, tiny pump of it. The store manager here has some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The most unfortunate part was the staff itself was willing to go above and beyond to help, whereas LEON the manager , felt like he needed to reprimand staff the staff for doing what he should've been doing... providing customer service. Under better management I'm sure the store would flourish but LEON is not the person to help with that. read more

This is a dream store for anyone who is decorating their house or yard. They have a little bit of everything from chairs to sofas to fountains for the yard and lawn furniture. They have adorable mid-century couches that make me want to re-decorate immediately. When I stopped in, I was on the hunt for a new patio umbrella. They have a great selection of colorful umbrellas for a good price. The biggest that I found was a large umbrella for $79, which I found to be a pretty good deal. Something else I like is that they have two kinds: the stand alone umbrellas and the ones that go in the table. Everything here is well organized and staff is everywhere on the floor, in case you need help with something. You can also visit their website and see what the store has in stock which makes it convenient, if you don't want to make the drive to Kenner. read more

There's so much to look at and something that caters to the taste of every person's style. Whether you're a modern/eclectic or rustic country. Even nautical or boho chic, there's definitely plenty of decor and furnishings to liven up the crib (wait, do people still say crib?). This trip, I came for a big decorative house plant. Even though some were over priced, I found exactly what I needed. Plus a really cute boho lantern. And looks great in my home. FYI. At the end of seasons they have 50-75% mark downs. read more

This used to be a great store, but is now a disgusting mess. I first discovered this store back in 2015. Back then, the store was a great place to shop. The store had all sorts of unique canvas artwork, and great seasonal decorations and accessories. The store was clean and extremely well-organized. I loved this store so much that I made multiple trips over a two-year period. But the store took a steep nosedive in 2017. The pictures that other yelp reviewers posted are spot one. Aisles which were once immaculate, look like a hurricane blew through them. Merchandise looks like it was just thrown on the shelves with no rhyme or reason. Not only is the store a mess, but much of the merchandise is damaged from the haphazard way it's stored. It's really a shame to see such a great store take such a drastic turn down hill. Despite this, I only recommend shopping here because you may find a decent bargain amidst all the mess. Though I don't recommend any of their canvas art (see pictures posted in other reviews), you may find a decent bargain for home accessories, etc. read more

I returned a rug today at 4:38 pm, but instead of getting a credit I was charged again for the same item. Put my receipt on the counter but cashier said "didn't need it". My fault I assumed I was issued a credit since cashier took the unopened rug. When I got home much later after store closed I looked at receipt and saw I was charged again for the returned item. Tomorrow I will go back & return all other items purchased on the original receipt and get manager to show me camera footage of my visit. If credit not issued for mistakes at store, will call police to charge employee that took care of this return. read more

This place is HUGE! They have everything you would even need or look for in your home or outside/patio area. This place is so big that you can barely find any associates on the floor working. It is nicely organized and divided and labeled throughout the store to help you find what you are looking for. This was my first time walking in there and I spent an hour just looking and walking around inside to see what they had to offer. I find that the lack of staff has made its downfall on the store as I've noticed many things out of place or a bit messy around the aisles. They have a large selection of rugs, outdoor decor, chairs and household items. It's not hard to find this place when driving on W. Esplanade as it looks like a big superstore from the outside. I would definitely come back in if I were to look for a change in decor in my home. read more

I used to enjoy this store but i don't know if they changed managers or staff because now it is a HORRIBLE MESS! It is hard to enjoy shopping when everything is upside down, smushed and damaged. I took some pictures that i will post. We went shopping for canvas and it was horrible, everything was smushed and because of that, some paintings were damaged. I overheard other customers complaining and saying that a few months ago, it wasn't like that. Also, this was early on a saturday (probably around 12), so NO it wasn't that other customers made that mess. It's such a shame, hopefully they will fix this issue. read more

I had been here over a year ago and decided to stop in since I was looking to do some redecorating. I'm so glad I did! They have everything and I was a little sad I had purchased some stuff already from other stores. They had everything I wanted and more. In the past week, I've been back two more times. I came in on Christmas Eve early when they opened and they were not crowded. The store is so large it's like having it all to yourself. I was specifically looking for a wall mirror and they had about three aisles of them. I ended up finding the perfect one along with some throw pillows, a throw, and a cute box for a Christmas gift. I returned and got some more stuff for the house and even a furniture piece. In the future, this place will certainly be my first stop. I plan to visit again soon to get some more stuff. Huge rug section. Huge section of pictures. Huge bedding section. I found towels but no face clothes. They are already getting the Easter stuff out. This place has EVERYTHING! My friend took me here as I recently moved back to New Orleans and was in need of some household items. This place is what I imagine Ikea to look like but not as organized. They had a great selection of rugs, chairs, lamps, art, vases, figurines... the only thing that really let me down was the comforters and bedding. The quality was not good at all. I ended up returning the bedding I purchased because it did not fit the bed and it looked very cheap. I would recommend this place and will definitely be coming back. read more

Sometimes deciding on certain products for my house is difficult, however that was a task that she welcomed with open arms. If Sam's Club and Home Goods had a baby, it would be At Home. Large, ever-changing selection of home accessories, decor and furnishings, including a massive selection of holiday decorations. Regular priced items are very competitive, but sales and clearance items are ridiculously cheap. At Home shines best in the small decorations/accessories category---lamps, shades, pillows, vases, knick-knacks, wall hangings, etc. The furniture is average at best, but every now and then there's a nice surprise to be found. At Home has a warehouse feel. Be prepared for overcrowded shelves with things out of place, but be rewarded with finding cool treasures at great bargain prices. read more

It's well organized with different types of furniture/home goods all in different sections. They have everything from dining room chairs, home decor, plates, decorative items, outdoor furniture, couches, rugs, etc. They have a very wide selection of items in colors, sizes, shapes. One thing to keep in mind is that this is a warehouse. There are almost no customer service reps to help you out. The place is packed so you really have to search around for things you're looking for. It isn't the MOST organized place - there were tons of boxes everywhere waiting to be unpacked. You also have to bring anything you buy with you that day. There isn't delivery or lay away or anything like that. If that's what you're looking for, this is not the place. But if you're looking for tons of options at just the right price, hit up At Home! read more
