I was shopping for a new Mattress, mine was 35 yrs. old & had been perfect for me. Double sided pillowtop, which apparently is no longer made, & can't remember brand but of course no longer available so I had to start all over! I went to 2 big Mattress shops with no luck for a few reasons. First, I have a very high antique canopy bed so needed a mattress 8-10 inches high, NO HIGHER or I wouldn't be able to get on or off it even with the stool I now use. Very hard to find today. For some reason the 2 stores were pushing a boxspring that is adjustable & would raise your head. I didn't want that! Sales personnel was very pushy & kept insisting I would love what they had even when not what I asked for. At age 80 I know exactly what I like & what I want, they do not! So I left & began looking on line but most of those were either shipped in a SMALL box or took weeks to ship & receive. Then I saw Beds4LESS, a locally owned store owned by Jason Feder. He is also the salesman so there all the time. Jason is delightful, engages his customers to find out exactly what type of mattress you are interested in buying. NO pressure to hurry & buy. Very impressed when another buyer walked in & he greeted the customer, told him to please look around without missing a beat with or leaving us. Unfortunately he didn't have what I wanted but was about to get a new shipment. I left, looked more & went back several days later. I bought a 10" mattress & bought a smaller (5") boxspring on Amazon. I would positively recommend both Beds4LESS & Jason. read more

I am going to echo everything everyone else has said on this page. Jason is awesome! I went to Beds4Less looking for a plush King mattress, and Jason totally hooked it up. He wore a mask the whole time and I felt very safe shopping because of all the Covid precautions that were taken. It doesn't look like they may have a lot of mattresses in the showroom, but they have a whole warehouse that sometimes has 50+ mattresses back there. I only bought a mattress and not a boxspring (I already had an adjustable one), but so far, no complaints! Have slept great for the last week. The deals are really great here. They aren't kidding when they say, Beds 4 Less! I ended up not opting to get it delivered and picked it up myself. I wouldn't recommend skipping the delivery option. Getting the massive mattress upstairs with a friend was a DOOZY. Def would opt to use the moving company they partner with next time. You can also finance a mattress through SNAP and if you pay it off within 100 days, you don't pay any interest on it. read more

After a few restless nights on an ancient bed I decided to take a look at some fancy pants mattresses at an affordable price. Thank you Yelp for directing me out to Kenna!! The owner was so nice and took the time to help us pick out a mattress that is firm enough for my boyfriend and doesn't make me feel like I'm sleeping on cement. He even helped us load up the truck!! I normally only review restaurants because of my food obsession but we are both so in love with our bed that I had to give a shout out. Also, any of the department stores we checked out were either useless or we couldn't even find the salespeople. So if you're looking for a mattress check this place out. read more

Well, it was time to upgrade the bed to king size. We both need our space in our sleep and figured a king mattress should do the trick. Being the bargain hunters that we are, we made our way here to find a steal. We were not expecting to go home with one on the first trip, and we didn't. But we did buy one! We tested a few out, settled on one we both liked, and that was that. I just so happened to have forgotten straps to secure it in the truck, so I had to go back a couple days later to get it. We also got a frame, box springs, and mattress protector, all for just under a grand! I think it was like a $5000 mattress, but it had some 'minor discoloration.' Who cares!? I'm never gonna look at the actual mattress. If you want a nice mattress, but don't want to break the bank, and are willing to deal with very minor flaws, this is the place to go! read more

I needed a new mattress, and I remembered this great place a friend had suggested. Jason was quick to greet me in a friendly manner as soon as I entered the store. When I asked if I could just look around, he went to do some work behind the counter. Then when I was ready for some help, he was more than willing to give me his opinions on different brands, benefits of certain mattresses, and which mattresses were better for people who sleep in certain positions. I have a bad back and needed a great mattress. A friend of mine suggested Beds 4 Less, because "why pay more?" Makes cents (literally). In the small, clean store, the price for each mattress is clearly marked. Mattresses are arranged by size, and the proprietor was on hand to talk with me about which mattress would be the best for me: for my back as well as my budget. I found a mattress for about 65% off retail sticker price. As I am new enough to the area not to have a buddy with a truck, the store coordinated delivery through a sub-contracted delivery service on my behalf that was affordable. I would also like to add my voice to Jason's praises. He lived up to all the 5 star reviews with great prices and, more importantly, great customer service. Unlike many stores that make me wonder how they survive in a world of online purchasing, Beds 4 Less does it right. Jason was genuine and friendly, and he sold us a mattress without trying to pressure us into buying something more expensive. He also works with ASAP Moving service for reasonable delivery prices. I must preface this review by stating that the owner Jason is a really nice guy....however, the bed wasn't up to par. The first queen sized mattress that I purchased was sinking to the point where I needed to replace it after just 6 months. I do understand that it is common for new mattresses to sag, but not to where it is totally uncomfortable to sleep. I tried flipping and spinning it but to no avail. Luckily, that bed set came with a warranty. Jason did allow me to switch the bed out for an equivalent one but I am now starting to notice the same similarities. I shopped several places in search of a quality mattress at a price that wouldn't require a mortgage. Found Beds 4 Less on line and decided to give it a chance. The store is tucked away in a corner of a small shopping center and is rather easy to miss. I passed it twice before entering the address in my GPS to find it. The owner, Jason, greeted me with a warm smile and hand shake as I entered. He proceeded to explain how the store works and the inventory price range, then showed me a few mattresses that might fit my needs. Throughout the process he was friendly and helpful (but never pushy like other stores.) I bought a Sterns and Foster at an incredible price and am very happy. I was looking for a new mattress for a guest bedroom - not top of the line, but decent and didn't want to spend a ton. This place is amazing! Jason and (Gerald, I think), were extremely helpful in explaining their inventory - it's all brand new, with VERY minor defects that are usually covered up anyway - the discounts are so good, it's amazing to me that anyone would pay full price for a mattress again! I definitely recommend visiting their showroom, and I know I'll be back when it's time for an "everyday" mattress for our bedroom. I could not have had a better experience with Beds 4 Less. I have been searching New orleans for a good bed for a few weeks and had run into some pretty bad characters. Multiple places I went to gave me different quotes over the phone. I finally got into contact with Jason from Beds 4 Less and sent him an email about what I needed.
