1 Star - Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated…read more I had an extremely negative experience with this heating and cooling company. In December 2024, I purchased a new water tank from them. Part of our agreement clearly stated that they were responsible for returning the old water tank to Enercare. I trusted that everything had been taken care of -- until I started receiving unexpected charges from Enercare. After calling Enercare, I found out that the old tank was never returned, and because of this, they had sent my account to collections, which is now damaging my credit. Since May, I have been calling this company almost every day, requesting a copy of the delivery paperwork to prove the tank was returned. Every single time, the agents claim that they're "sending an urgent email" and ask me to wait. Nothing ever gets done. No one follows up, no one takes ownership, and no one resolves the issue. This level of neglect and lack of accountability is absolutely unacceptable. I'm now left dealing with a collection agency and a hit to my credit score, all because they failed to do their job. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid them at all costs -- especially if you value your time, peace of mind, and financial reputation.
